I doubt SK will not see the context and conclude that IP2 and Smally are collaborating. The only thing he needs to do is show the part where he tells Smally to go away and that is that. Are you forgetting that one of the charges carries a MANDATORY prison sentence? Anyone can go on the internet and read the articles explaining it. And Somali IS going down for some amount of time unless he can beat a 98% conviction rate of SKs prosecutors.
