Kern is apparently releasing a demo slop soon too. So we'll see how that goes.
I think Chris Roberts or Pirate Software are bigger offenders because one dude stole hundreds of millions and after a decade + still hasn't released the game while conning people out of more money with ship Jpegs.
And Pirate software is a literal snake oil salesman who has never made an actual game in his life and pretends to be an expert to young easily influenced people.
