I REALLY look forward to Russell seriously arguing at the hearing that buying hookers and filing in forma pauperis isn't a contradiction because hookers are a necessity and a human right. So, his budget for in forma pauperis should count them as an expense like rent or utilities, and if anything, his disability forcing him to pay hookers should make him even more in forma pauperis!

I doubt he argues much of anything because as bad as his legal filings are, his mush mouth spitting out whatever his mush brain conceives in person is even worse and will be shut down immediately. Greer is incapable of responding intelligibly to any arguments that Hardin might make and eventually the judge will grow tired of Greer trying to explain how Hardin violated the SPO yet again. Eventually the judge will get tired and tard wrangle Greer into whatever the judge thinks might move the case forward, which Greer will meekly go along with. Regardless of what Greer might agree to, he'll just fuck it all up the same way he always does.

I recently re-listened to the audio of the Ariana Grande hearing after first hearing it a few years ago, and to say that Russ was on his back foot and unable to elucidate his position would be a gross understatement. He got steamrolled.

As you said, as bad as he is with his written filings, he's even worse in person. And the haughty faux-toughness he tries to project online, is totally absent in real life encounters.

Give me rainbows, but in the end, eventually, Russ always loses.

Meh, I expressed reservations yesterday about the wisdom of Hardin making new filings, especially 262, ahead of the Zoom hearing. The Magistrate is losing patience and it's my opinion that this is showing, especially given his terse order for this meeting, wherein very specific ECFs were mentioned to be addressed. There's a specific block of time set aside on that day for that specific purpose.
I mean you don't need to autistically argue about this particular issue. We'll learn if you are right or wrong given enough time. We all know what you think and if you are right you can rub our noses in it.

Maybe they kill this case off at the Omnibussy
May god punish you for calling it that.

I have an email that proves Mr Hardin is lying (source: dude, trust me bro)

I'm so busy harassing prostitutes online I excusably neglected to progress my own case. Can I have an extension for like... everything? You did it for the Defendants, so you should let me have this.

I still refuse to understand the SPO, but sanction them anyway. 21 days notice? Nah, fuck that.

I need to book time off to watch the hearing, oh my fuck. :story:
don't forget the "I clicked a button and something didn't load (trust me bro) therefore I can't be held responsible for actually not knowing the spo"

Just wait until the story changes to him only thinking about clicking on the link, but assuming that it wouldn't load. I don't know why he would do something like this, but this is the same person that included one of the emails that he actually marked as protected as an exhibit in one of his own filings and admitted in court filings that he hadn't actually spoken with one of his very eager witnesses in years so how could he have known Steve was fucking dead? Just ask him when he tried to do it and suggest that it's possible to check the logs (or something magical sounding to him) to see what the actual problem was and he'll come clean in trying to pivot to some other lie. Lying, like many other things, is not something that Greer is very good at.

When is the appropriate time to give notice to the court that fraud is being committed upon it and upon the defense?
According to Utah's Rules of Professional Conduct, Rule 3.3 requires candor to the tribunal, and the comments state: "the lawyer must not allow the tribunal to be misled by false statements of law or fact or evidence that the lawyer knows to be false or is reckless with respect to its truth."

So, in theory, as soon as possible—and it would be improper not to do so.

Anyways, I decided to look up Judge Bennett's clerkship advertisement on OSCAR. I'll let people draw what they may from his description of the job:

I assume he's hiring because the last 12 clerks ran screaming out of the courthouse once they were exposed to the Greer v Moon case.

This was actually the text for a filled position for the 25-26 year. But it's more than likely when he's hiring for the next year, Josh's case will still be in front of him.

"once the parties have consented to the magistrate judge handling the entire case (which often happens) the magistrate judge takes the case from its beginning through its fateful end"
What does this mean exactly that the judge will just tell parties what he needs then rules?

Is this why the judge has been handhding russel so much is he just treating him like someone who has agreed for his case to be handled for him like the apparent majority of his civil cases?

That isn't the case, though. Bennett has only had the case referred to him for nondispositive matters. Greer has made it clear, that as a queer, he will contest every single one of them, making it a joke.

No. A magistrate judge is not appointed and confirmed by the Senate, like district judges are. They can't actually adjudicate a case unless the parties agree to it. This is saying that oftentimes the parties consent to let the magistrate judge adjudicate the entire civil case, including the trial if there is one. The reason Greer gets so much leeway is just because the American courts are very lenient of retards, judges don't want to deal with Greer's nonsense, and they just push off dealing with Greer while handling their other cases because he's what those in the judiciary would call "a pro se loon."

I agree that they need better writers because that was awful. Vague yet rambling, clunky, inarticulate, unprofessional and with no feel for the flow of language.
That this was deemed good enough for publication explains a lot about the actions of Bennett chambers in re Greer v A. Website.

Remember, Tena Campbell, an actually competent judge, had this goddamn idiot referred to Bennett, and because he was such a worthless fucking retard, she took back the case from him and dismissed it.

The Tenth Circuit then issued maybe the dumbest opinion the Tenth Circuit ever issued, ruling that because REEEEEEEE REEEEEE Kiwi Farms bad, now it's apparently contributory infringement if you even dare to mention you got a DMCA.

Jesus Chirst, maybe Shit Lips should apply to that clerkship position. If you had told me Greer already was Bennett's clerk and wrote that I would probably believe it. No wonder he seems to favor the Tard so much, it's probably like looking back in time a decade or two for him.

I doubt the Magistrate Judge was evicted from his apartment, had his car repossessed due to non-payment, spent most of his time harassing whores and thots on social media, and making pilgrimage road trips to vacant lots that once were homes to whore houses to make videos lamenting their destruction and to swear vengeance for dead pimps ten to twenty years ago. I also doubt the Judge had delusions of grandeur and an unwarranted sense of self-importance so bloated that he believed he is owed a life of wealth and fame because he wrote some 90 second songs that were absolute shit.

 working full time and going to school full time. Sure sounds like someone with some means, aka money, to start paying for filing fees.
Russ puts in 40 hours a week of work, and 40 of school, possibly more since we know he's so diligent at both. No wonder all his filings are late, this guy's so busy! He's definitely not jacking off at home and e-stalking women in his zipcode.
