I'm reading a lot of people in his comments on YT and X and they're thinking this was about Billy being a cheater, when pretty much everything the judge mentioned in his decision is about the accusation that Billy had anything to do with Apollo Legend's suicide.

Yeah, I've been watching Jobst's videos for quite a while and I don't remember the suicide coming up (in regards to the lawsuit) at all. The evidence on the cheating all seemed pretty straight-forward to where even a boomer who hasn't played a game since Donkey Kong was brand new should have been able to understand it even if it was technical, and they had proof of a lot of Mitchell's lies.

Hearing that he lost triggered a "What the fuck is this bullshit" reaction but reading through the thread and seeing what he was actually being sued over I don't even feel sorry for him
