I think it's a more civil version of black vanning someone. "Step out of line and you're persona non grata." As far as I'm aware they only tend to target the smaller targets that *can't* create that parallel economy, and they keep the number of hits low so there isn't enough people with an interest in pooling their resources to create it out of necessity. They only hit Null, they didn't nuke everyone that comes here. And while I will eventually throw him some shekels, I don't have the interest to jump out of the cushy matrix and help build something that big, and I bet I'm in the vast majority when it comes to people here on that.

It's divide and conquer, Null is now separated to a significant enough degree from the vast majority of people that'd align with him that he can't significantly affect TPTB, and done in a way that doesn't make him a martyr in most people's eyes, making it mission accomplished.
As we saw with Vic Mignogna, if they can't kill you the next best thing in their mind is to get you to kill yourself. A consolation prize is cutting you off from polite society so you go away and suffer forever.

It was Cocaine Rackets that talked about it but apparently there were chat logs that would have made it to the trial if not for Ty Beard fucking things up that spelled out that Mignogna's coworkers thought he'd kill himself if they cut him off from his fans and friends, and were intentionally doing it to cause that.

De-Banking is just the same thing. They can't put you in a death camp / gulag, the next best thing is to make you and your family homeless and unemployable and unable to speak in public until you kill yourself or waste away and don't bother them ever again. If Liz Dong Gone had his way, Null (and the rest of us) would be in a work camp farming free organic kale and quinoa for our "betters" for the rest of our lives, or dead in some unmarked grave for people guilty of hate-thoughts. But that won't work, so the next best option is banning us from ever speaking in public again.

Remember, Mastercard is the primary source behind this and Nick Sortor Someone who came out of GamerGate had a huge thread a few years ago, with receipts, about how Mastercard was working with Soros's Open whatever foundation because they think that infinity brown people means infinity people using credit cards that they'll just keep paying off forever. Anyone who has ever tried to get a muslim or african immigrant to pay a bill at all, yet alone on time, could explain the problem to these people, but they're not working with facts and logic anymore, so...

Trump had Kid Rock at the WH to sign an EO about ticket scalping, makes a joke he might wear the getup tomorrow (please wear Luffy's outfit instead)
Is this really that big of a problem? Who does this actually harm besides rich celebrities?

If Trump made this order for Pokemon cards/video games, we would get to see all the lefties suddenly support scalpers and it would be hilarious because they’ve been bitching about it nonstop for years

Liberals defeated by actually having to think about what the fuck they just said.
That article’s like a year and a half old. So they were aware that the right’s started to use their connotation games against them before the election, yet kept playing the same hand since they didn’t want to learn.

Edit:
Meanwhile, Republicans continue to proudly use words and pet phrases such as “family values,” “conservative” and “patriot” – no matter who or what is associated with the terms.
Turns out having some conviction, instead of moving goalposts whenever people pick up on your shit, has some benefits.

Another:
Part of the answer comes down to effort and discipline — Republicans devote more time to turning words into weapons and do a better job of sticking to their message, says Lindsey Cormack, a political scientist who focuses on race, gender, communications and politics at Stevens Institute of Technology in New Jersey.

“I’ve been studying their communications for 15 years and it sort of blows me away because I think Democrats are good at doing plenty of things, but they really dropped the ball on the communications piece a lot,” Cormack says.

Cormack says conservatives have built a think-tank ecosystem of linguists and focus groups to test words and phrases for political battle. Democrats do some of the same, but with not the same level of commitment, she says.
Later on, you get DiAngelo (yes, the same woman who wrote White Fragility) saying this:
“I’m going to tell you as somebody who’s been in this work for decades, there’s no diversity industrial complex,” DiAngelo says. “When an organization has a diversity program, there’s often one person up against the entire institution. And they maybe have a staff of one or two people on a minimal budget. But using language like that implies that it’s some kind of getting over on people, like it’s some kind of trick.”
Which, for reasons everyone can figure, is bullshit.

The problem with over-relying on connotation is that it’s subjective, especially when you compare an intended meaning with the concept’s execution. Here, DEI does mean corruption, discrimination, etc. in practice. And they’ll never admit it. So when they move on to BRIDGE or whatever, the meaning everyone else gets will move on to that, because they’ll never admit the real problem. Funding and think tanks only go so far when the ideas they support are so destructive.

Absolutely wild teamup, Japan so absurdly pragmatic sometimes
"i forget 2,000 years of hatred for political expediency and honor"

South Korea is just like

"im happy to be included"
Is there anything verifying an actual team up?
Because the source claiming that it's an actual counter is "a social media account affiliated with Chinese state broadcaster CCTV"

Is this trying to spin the recent regional meeting they had? Because all they said was they agreed to have more talks. Which is basically the default 'no deal' update for trade blocs.

The number one thing the tarrifs are doing is causing discord in the stonk markets so the response to them is basically split along generational lines.

Millennials and zoomers don't give a fuck because our odds of profiting from any American institution is basically zero.

To boomers though the tarrifs are basically annuda shoa, literally 6 million lines go down.

This is tangent to the thread, but tommorrow Carney ( the unelected governor of canada) is suspending the carbon tax on canadians (something he literally stole from the cons, like all his good ''ideas'' )

This is very typical for Canada whenever there is any risk of losing a General Election. The Liberals will take on a few conservative issues for a few months and just sneak by with a majority or coalition (no doubt with help from Mr. Singh).

Oldest trick in the book. Kier Starmer is "clamping down on illegals" to stymie Reform, Kamala was totally on board with no longer taxing tips and overtime and handling illegals. Once they win, it'll quietly return to the norm, or some token holdout from their side will torpedo it and they'll shrug and say "we tried!"

That's a fancy way of saying of internet forums making memes.

My dad is absolutely losing his shit over DOGE, freaking out about what this will mean for his future retirement and whatnot. I tried to reassure him earlier today but he basically said I'm too young to understand how these things work, and that I'm stupid for believing what I read on the internet. Even when I tried to show him actual direct sources that contradict what he's read or heard, he wouldn't believe me.

I'm worried my dad is going to have an actual heart attack from stress due to all the BS fear mongering from the mainstream media. I don't know what I can show him to help ease his fear and anxiety.

Might be too late for him. Can't save someone from drowning if they don't stop thrashing.

Lots of heavy and rare earth metals, it would also spook Russia which boomers are absolutely obsessed with doing.

One thing I'd be curious to learn is what the "Trump is a Russian asset!" boomer crowd thinks of Trump trying to acquire Greenland. Wouldn't someone who wanted to advance Russian interests advocate for America pulling out of the region, and handing Greenland and Canada over to Russian influence?

(I'm kidding of course, I know none of those people have actually given it two seconds of thought, and most probably cannot even locate Greenland on a map. Even on one of those Mercator maps where it's like the biggest country)

What a noble start, just for fun, lets check in on whats going on in New Jersey by 1807
by free estate does that mean not a felon or debt free? i assume it just means not a felon.
trump is just feeding the base. its like that one guy said, its performative. he'd be a fool when he has so many younger people around him not to just hand Vance the wheels. as fucked as this country is. a nigger name barack could still win, especially when you factor in he'll have some younger VP

Like of the dozen people to try for a 3rd term, there's a reason it took a literal world war and a dead rival party for FDR to win his 3rd term.
