I was going to share that too. As per usual, Greer loves to file reports and bring lawsuits (so he can say he has done so), but has no idea how to proceed once they're in progress.
I do love this part, though:
This, right here, I think sums up the attitude of every well-meaning peace officer, judge, or other legal-adjacent person who comes into contact with Greer for the first time. "I'm not sure what is going on here, but I'm going to duly attempt to perform my duties under the law" is how it starts. The pain and suffering and interminable regret comes later.

Love his primitive fixation on the holy sites. Jan Jenson owned some properties that used to have brothels operating on those sites. But to Russ the site is steeped in brothel energy, the very earth itself is imbued with the spirit of hookerdom. the only thing that land could and must be used for is brothels and Jan Jenson has desecrated his hallowed ground. Only Russ keeps the faith, visiting and documenting the ruins.
Is Russ becoming even more out of touch with reality? He used to stroke his ego by re-writing his life in his stupid books. He was always delusional and lacked any understanding of the world and human beings but he seemed to have more grounding experiences through work and some human contact. Now he seems to be retreating much more into this pathetic brothel-owning fantasy. As the fucker is literally stumbling around derelict buildings in the desert like a greasy cryptid ranting about his precious brothels it feels like this is the point he's reached terminal velocity on the downward spiral.

Technically I think those are the questions that the cop had to ask Russ. I say that because there's no way the followup question is directed at the cop. However since he called and Russ didn't answer, the cop just defaulted to "uncertain"

Russ views filing reports and lawsuits as the equivalent of tattling to a grownup. He thinks that all he has to do is whine, and then sit back and let the grownups solve the problem. He has not mentally advanced beyond tattling, and it shows.

It’s is a miraculous place in that Russ managed to have consensual sex there. He also claims it happened in a way that helped with his disability, which I guess is another “miracle.”
This answer would not have changed if that cop actually got Russ on the line.
This will unfortunately be Null again IMO if the judge doesn’t do the needful and declare him a vexatious litigant.

I wonder if Russell's "I've MOVED ON!!!" refrain is actually about the school shooting threat.
I recently said Russell wasn't wrong to leave his tightknit Mormon community because in a small town like that, everyone would always remember he was the one who almost shot up the school, and his face would guarantee that even people he hadn't met before would instantly recognize him as such. He learned as soon as he came of age that some times you can fuck up so badly you will never be forgiven and your only option is to get out of town.
I think this effective banishment from his home town might be why he's so touchy about Taylor Swift and how many years ago it was, it was a publicity stunt etc. It reminds him of something stupid he did when he was younger that he can never undo, which makes it even more distressing to him that his Taylor Swift infamy has followed him after he MOVED ON with it to yet another state
