The Caroline Farrow, Adrian Harrop, and Anthony George Halliday / Stephanie Hayden Megathread

What this means is that if SH wins his outstanding claims against Glinner, Legal Gengar and Ruth Hill (I'm not sure what else he may have in the pipeline), his creditors can then apply for third party costs orders, meaning that all the money goes to them.

He owes Associated Newspapers £29,000, Family Education Trust £17,000, and his former landlord costs for a failed claim that was struck out and an appeal.

This was all from a few years ago, so the bill will be considerably larger once interest has been applied.

So, next time he argues in court, it will be true and honest work on behalf of his creditors, which is a very fitting piece of justice.

Hence the multiple current outbursts.

I'm still sipping tea. It's gloriously fitting.

He's literally doing it for free, are we sure his qualifications aren't in custodial maintenance?

He’s fatting that the Mail will have to spend a lot of money to collect and saying that there’s no TPCO filed. He’s clearly shook up and I’m sure many flabby parts of him are wagging as he feverishly types.

Is he really surprised that his years of debt evasion while trying to earn what amounts to a salary from lawfare are catching up to him? This is a most obvious tactic to use against him.

Great to see he's dropped his action against Ruthie Hill. https://x.com/Ruth_E_Hill/status/1905192097051013612

Good news all round.

@Legal Gengar has effectively defanged Uncle T - the 3rd party costs application also has the effect of re-setting the clock on the 6 year statute of limitations Associated Newspapers had to chase the debt.

I was always relaxed about the prospect of him suing me on some dodgy pretext for a fourth time, but it's even funnier now that if he does, I will ensure that in the hugely unlikely event he was able to get it to trial and win, any funds would be paid directly to the Family Education Trust, a "hate organisation" that he's tried to cancel on several occasions and now owes £19,000 for a failed lolsuit.

Haydens credit score is looking a little weak and their address listings are interesting
These two bughives are on the same river and were probably built by the same Polish builders do landlords just not talk to each other anymore?

I can only presume he's only getting into these nice (for LANDAN) gated communities because of some social housing regulation nonsense, because with that credit score (impressively bad, known gamba addicts actual crackheads and literal bankrupts do better) he wouldn't get approved for a carboard box behind Tesco.
how the fuck do you end up with a score that poor? Do you just not pay your bills?
Apparently so since the balance only ever increases, I guess money isn't real, "Can't pay? we'll take it away!" might be a future arc if anyone ever bothers to take it to court properly. Our boy has it all figured out with that 36 x £43 monthly payment to EE that he... just doesn't pay lol, it's structured as a "loan" too which means he's already ran out his regular credit, which renders him officially POOR as well as GAY.

3 personal loans of about 5000 pounds total opened in the last 6 months
1 Default of 400+ pounds.
1 2000+ pound debt not listed as default but over 24 months since last payment
Yea, you could say he's not paying his bills.
