Karl says he accused Billy in relation to Apollo because other people told Karl it was true. He says he attempted to retract his statements later, but it didn't get the lawsuit dropped.
Karl says he tried to avoid bringing up his accusations related to Apollo once the lawsuit began, as to not implicate himself further. He admits and apologizes that he wasn't consistently clear that the accusations about Apollo were the subject of the lawsuit.
Karl says he didn't try to intentionally lie, deceive, or scam; he's just retarded and every penny crowdfunded went to his lawyers.
Karl will be making a video about everything involved in this lawsuit at some point, and he thinks the judgment is incorrect.
