I believe she definitely knows it was pre cancerous cells or something that wasn’t full blown cancer. She just is dodging the question because it’s Amber’s biggest victim card and Amber will probably strike any videos Becky makes telling the truth. Becky isn’t about to potentially lose the one thing that’s making her money.

But then again Becky is retarded enough to watch Amber bleed 2 years non-stop and not be like, “hey maybe you should see a doctor” even once.

Even if she just purely didn't want to discuss it because it is such a personal and volatile subject that would be understandable- I imagine most people might feel uncomfortable talking about such an upsetting event in someone's life, even if that someone is Big Al.

She was there at her appointments and in the hospitals when both her hysteroscopy was done (ER) and later in Lexington when her hysterectomy happened. Becky was asked in that video for details that she had no real recollection of. Not surprising given how out of it she was on psych meds at the time. There’s no reason for her to care about the staging enough to bother remembering even before they broke up, let alone afterwards.

There would be no point in lying about Amber having cancer when her medical records are readily available on the internet. She HAD cancer! If she only had precancerous cells, she would not have been given a hysterectomy, she would have just been prescribed progesterone therapy to slow it’s advance while losing weight to make future surgery safer. That option was taken off the table once her biopsy results came back.
