Let me guess, one of those metrics is response times and they constantly choose to not respond to tickets that either slightly difficult (i.e. require reading more than a single sentence) or might take a bit of work to resolve? That's another Jeet classic. I guarantee you'll either see it never improve, or they will suddenly "improve" on that problem but you'll discover the following month they did so by closing those tickets unresolved instead.
You got it in one, yes. One of the clients that I've explicitly been brought back to save because I have a good relationship with them has told their internal teams to stop contacting us and just contact the client's internal escalations team directly, because they know we're too stupid to do even the most basic of helpdesk work. One trick the jeets discovered is "aux code hopping" -- setting their VOIP system to queue up a project code so that the system cannot send them additional work. So they get 1 thing to do then sit on it for most of the day when they SHOULD be handing that off after 10 minutes if they can't solve it and multitasking. But we can't fix this because 1. They fired all the Americans who knew the VOIP system and 2. the Jeets explicitly WANT the Jeets doing this (even tho it fucks over the company) because Jeets gotta Jeet.
We should be able to fire jeets if they don't meet expectations. Preferably out of cannons strapped to the company roof. Decomposing bodies are great for crop yields, I've heard.
Jeets are 80% cow dung by volume so this COULD be good but I imagine the prion diseases they'd spread into actual human beings would be lethal.
How does this even happen? Who allowed the jeet takeover?
Logically, there must have been some gullible dumbfuck in the company that hired on Jeet Prime, who then started bringing in more jeets, until the whole organization was subsumed by the fecal biomass.
Organizations need to start studying how the jeetification happens and take measures to prevent it.
It's the same story this place as every other place.
- Some middle manager outsources to a H-1B farm or Jeet nest because they promise the fucking world (they lie) while working for sub-sweatshop pay.
- Once they have a Jeet team or two they need a Brahmin master to run them because of their retarded caste system (and because the Jeets won't listen to an American manager and often don't really speak English)
- The brahmin tard wrangler will constantly cover up for the jeets' shortcomings, while stealing credit from American staff and teams, making it look like the Jeets are working out and a good value.
- The brahmin will push for more untouchable slaves to work under him, since it makes his 3" dick hard. Bonus that many of them will be forced to pay him kickbacks or be fired. Since they don't actually have any standards, they can always be replaced.
- Eventually the jeets will convince the company to do something terminal, like bring on Jeet HR, or Jeet Project directors, people with decision making power.
- Jeets hire Jeets and fire non-Jeets, and once the Jeets can make decisions at the company, no matter how minor, they always, ALWAYS, choose to bring in their countrymen and fire everyone else.
Over time this Jeetification allows them to replace ever more senior employees due to corruption, nepotism, et cetera. In terminal cases it hits the C Suite and the company dies. Even if it doesn't hit the C Suit it often replaces mission critical tech roles (coding being the most common one) and eventually, being a parasite not a symbiote, the Jeet fires or drives away too many Americans and the host suddenly can no longer perform basic functions required for life. In tech, this often is the helpdesk suddenly hitting a point that absolutely nothing can be fixed because the last white guy was laid off, or code that is so bad that it simply doesn't work and the white guys aren't around anymore to work 80hrs/week redoing it, or senior IT processes like System Administration or IT Security suddenly being unable to function.
For example, part of this mandatory training? They told the Jeets if they don't understand what someone is asking, to paste it into ChatGPT or Gemini and ask the LLM to explain in simple terms what the person is asking and find a solution. My only solace is that the company is actively working on making a tech support LLM, which will eventually fuck over the Jeets (provided they don't integrate themselves in the process ensuring eternal free paychecks).
