This morning he went back live triumphantly announcing that his tooth fixed itself while he slept and he had no pain.

But if you look at his face currently, it's very swollen, especially on his right side



I think he might have a very serious infection that he's refusing to get looked at. This could be potentially fatal if untreated.

literally had this happen to me from a wisdom tooth that wouldn't come out properly, this shit will fuck him up if he doesnt get it fixed

Cokeman had a bad dental abscess last year. Things can get very serious, very quickly. There's some gnarly pictures of the drain they installed at the hospital. Don't gamble with your life when it comes to abscesses and the chance of going septic.

You're right, that's gotta be caused by an abscess. I snagged another screenshot that, I think, highlights the swelling even moreso



He needs a course of antibiotics and then a dentist to fix the cause of the abscess, which is usually a root canal, extraction or having the tooth crowned. Crack causes dry mouth and, as we've all seen, tooth grinding and I don't imagine his brushing habits are the best anyway and he's approaching the age where problems with tooth decay really start manifesting if you haven't been taking good care of your teeth
