One Piece - I'm Gonna Be the Pirate King!

I don't know man, why kill her when you can just sexually enslave her (Along with the rest of "Joyboy's" friends in Nami, Robin, Yamato, Rebecca, Shirahoshi, etc.) just to make Joyboy suffer forever?
Well we have seen degenerate shit from the Dragons.

Imu has to be above them in Degeneracy right?

Oh sure it will feel unsettling. And then Imu is either going to convince them via the X on her arm - as unlikely Bon Clay Imu will know what that means. Or Luffy will willingly take Imu out of the castle. But money is on being fooled by the X.
And that might have worked if it is not for Sanji. Remember, he is the best at discerning the hearts of women. While he is never hurting women, he can tell an evil woman from a good one best amongst the crew. He has shown that with Viola and Pudding. He succeeded in redeeming them while with Black Maria, Monet and Kalifa he did not even try. I mean, he did not hurt them but that is because he is chivalrous. He could tell their hearts were evil.

Honestly, I feel like the Haki would be felt when Imu turns into that monster form that killed Cobra, maybe even a super form of that, because Imu will find that holy shit, Luffy is a FUCKING IDIOT.
Fujitora could feel the Haki and the emotions it carries of even the normal civilians who never fight. They will feel that something is very wrong especially if his Haki is like that of the Gorosei or worse.

At this point, Imu's true plan is to likely become immortal times infinity and he will likely just outright disband the Navy once he does this, so he will likely be an immortal god with the cart blanche to literally do whatever he wants, morality be damned.

I think that a Luffy's sheer earnesty is likely going to save him from being immidiately knocked out by Imu's demonic haki.
And that’s the kicker: Imu will see that Luffy has Gear 5, the power of Joy Boy and Nika, and is ready for the showdown of Destiny…only to find Luffy really doesn’t care beyond “you tried to hurt Vivi!”, and when Imu tries to talk about the past, Luffy doesn’t care, and then Luffy just laughs at whatever true form(s) Imu has, leading Imu to get more and more enraged before going all out to destroy everything just to stop Luffy from being a nuisance, or maybe for Luffy to actually get a clue.

I still think that Laughtale will come before Marie Geoise, with maybe Lodestar happening before Laughtale as the location of the "Yonko Battle Royale".
I’m not sure of “Yonko Battle Royale”, mainly because of Shanks going out of his way to not see Luffy for starters. Most I can see on Lode Star is Zoro vs Mihawk, because that whole thing apparently has to be witnessed and sanctioned like a world heavyweight title fight or witnessed and recorded like “World’s Greatest Swordsman” is something in the Guinness Book of World Records.

Oda could always pull something completely out of left field and have Lodestar be right on top of the mythical Emerald City that characters like Bellamy have mentioned before, maybe it could even be made up of the Reptilian and Amphibian versions of Minks and Fishmen.

My guess is that he wants Vivi to get more clues as to Lili's actions. Seems more plausible than wanting the body of such a weak (in comparison) girl. Lili and her actions were the important part of that conversation after all.

The entire point was he knew Lili’s actions and just needed to confirm. And well Cobra knows more than Vivi and nothing compared to Imu. There’s nothing Vivi could say that Imu does not know.

I will forever find it funny that the only reason Imu showed up is he wanted to ask a question and to stop the Elders from letting Cobra leave and live as a result.

Part of me thinks that the reason Imu hates Joy Boy and that which he left behind, like “D”, and the poneglyphs, is because they remind Imu of a time of shame, where Imu was a carefree and impulsive figure, before maturing and realizing what it took to rule. And maybe some of those childish, Luffy like aspects come into play occasionally, which I like to think plays out as Imu acting like Zim from Invader Zim.

Regarding Ch1144
That theory that the One piece world is just our world several years in the future after a disaster is more and more plausible. The Void century might just be the last time remnants of the pass civilization decided to do something.
The fact that the solar systems are the same supports this, but I really hope not because that twist is overused.

I mean he’s got a hat kept away frozen so it can’t decay and if the mural is anything to go by was very close to Zunesha. It’s why I legit think Imu was Joy Boy - made easier now we know there are two different versions of Nikka. Imu has spent centuries being pussed he was backstabbed. Maybe even longer if Imu was first Joy Boy and then came the 900 years ago one as number 2. I would not be surprised if Imu got turned into Sa D Boy as it were. You know me, I believe that is exactly what happened. I believe Joy Boy/Imu may have pulled an Oden. And whatever aimu is now is not what they were.

And well Roger said they found Joy Boy’s treasure and with two Nikkas now it occurs to me that the Joy Boy we think he is talking about and the one he is actually talking about might not be the same people.

Like we think he is talking about Joy Boy from 900 years ago but he could be talking about Luffy whilst the treasure that was there was the treasure of the 1st world Joy Boy.

The mural and multiple Nikkas has thrown a massive curve ball into the series in ways that most have not even realised.

We should have gate kept anime. The list is
Bon Clay turning into nami and showing boobs
Luffy with a wig is blackface
Brooks panty line
Absalom and Nami
Boa loving Luffy
Sanji hating tranny island
Robins Post-Timeskip design
Sanjis nosebleed
Vanders obsession with the mermaid princess
Momonuske

NO REALLY? YOU FUCKING THINK?
Yeah. Dude doesn't seem to know villains are supposed to act disposable. Plus it makes killing him off more satisfying

One of the theorist said this was the biggest support for this theory. Unless Oda didn't think things through

I’m not sure if there was multiple Nikas or Joy Boys. If anything, all we got was multiple people using Nika’s Devil Fruit, and only Joy Boy and Luffy being able to awaken it to where Nika was instead of “just becoming a rubber man”.

So it’s where the first world was Nika, the second world was Joy Boy who left the treasure on Laugh Tale, and the third world is Luffy.

Also, Imu seemed to really get rocked by Emet’s Haki bomb that was from Joy Boy, so Imu being Joy Boy makes no sense.

The best I can think of Imu as being is having one of the powers of the other gods mentioned in the first two worlds, or he’s the serpent of infernal flames mentioned, thanks to either a devil fruit or the Treasure of Mary Geoise.

Yea the whole “it’s actually Earth the whole time” thing is way to overused and I just don’t see how it would make One Piece a better story. Though it was a cool story twist in Eureka Seven but that’s the last time I liked that twist haha.

I don't think The 900 Years ago Joyboy was using Devil Fruit powers, Vegapunk said Joyboy was born with those powers.
Didn’t Vegapunk say that his theories could be wrong and he was just stating the conclusions he made from his research?

If that’s the case, then maybe The One Piece is the answer to the question of how devil fruits came to exist, and Joy Boy’s “funny story” is how he made it to where devil fruits was able to spread and be found around the world .
