Yeah everyone seems to think it's very one dimensional. But it benefits the girls in many ways. They probably never researched yachting.

Average twitch usage nowadays is I open the website, I click on a stream, I get an ad, I close the website. I would love to see their global user retention stats, they must be fucking terrible. And the funniest part? They are still not profitable even when cramming that many ads in your face, and upping the cost of subs, and restricting quality for smaller streamers.

Yeah, even when I cuck out a couple times a year and say "all right, I'm gonna tolerate some ads, I want to watch someone play the new vidya while I eat dinner" Amazon takes that as a dare to see how many ads I will watch in a row after 10 seconds of streaming. The most I've seen in a row is 8.

Also, about that new vidya: the second worst thing is Twitch's determination to hide new games and upcoming streamers in favor of the Biggest, Hottest content. Thanks Amazon, I need to be reminded that Valorant and Siege and Peter Park exist. What's funny is I'm pretty sure they don't get a dime from that placement.
