China in is only in the Pacific, America is in the Atlantic and Pacific. We have one of the biggest agricultural industry in the world. China doesn't have a very good agricultural industry. Norway is a famously mountainous country. We also have a big military. With our manufacturing back online, we could have an even bigger military. We also have very long standing cultural, religious, and ethnic ties with Europe.
That is who he is liberating. Europe is free from our military's protection, China is free free from our manufacturing, and Africa is free from our "soft power" influence via USAIDS. It is not about strategic autonomy its about stopping SLAVERY being used to produce useless crap that breaks after the first use. Biden's Doritos plan was not fast enough. America relies on imports to keep the strength of the US dollar strong. That is why America is allowed to invade Iraq, support Israel and no one says anything because they want dollars. This could accelerate people abandoning the dollar and American's pay more for either tarrif goods or shitty domestic competitors made by niggers and migrants. My family over in Austria are quite wealthy and even they struggle to justify the cost of many consumer goods Americans can afford much easier. The strength of the US dollar is why.

America cannot sustain itself by getting fucked over forever, our industries are moving away because of tariffs other countries have on us, it's cheaper for them to produce in say china because they dont have to deal with a 300% tariff on fucking cars etc.
