To put the timeline together for you all:

Austin pisses hot. Has a breakdown, crying, pleading with his Probation officer about his "relapse". She assigns him to what he thinks is 6 months of rehab, but turned out to be 6 months of classes etc.

Austin continues to use, thinking he's got a free pass. We've seen him using, tooth or not. He even brags on some discord /CS 2 stream that its ok he can use weed, its all good, and we hear him hitting a pipe/bong something.

Austin gets called in for another test and pisses hot AGAIN, and goes missing for almost 30 hours, and come back saying he pissed hot and has to now go to 6 weeks rehab.

realistically almost all non-violent offenders have been given a relatively light touch for the past 20 years, so long as they have a relatively good lawyer. The domestic violence is really the only thing that could give Austin a bad stent, should he do it again in the future and if rat dad chooses to not let it go when it happens.
