Even identifying as "a racist" is kind of a win for the ideology that says you must not acknowledge obvious group differences. I just see racist (and Nazi) as equivalents of the word nigger but applied to white people. They're slurs intended to traumatize and stigmatize. Rather than self-identifying with the slur, I just don't respect it or its usage.

just now and he was discussing how 6 Flags and his local mall were implementing curfews. I thought it was only my local mall!

This is becoming a nationwide happening, and it's not completely tied to just black people. Many malls around me in NJ have experimented with unaccompanied minors bans (up to 1. You may be in NJ because our 6Flags also had the same policy. This is all malls though, even the high-end malls were experimenting with minor bans.

It's a generational situation, apparently these kids ain't no fucking good, and to be honest my experience with the older ones entering the work force, it has not been positive. Recently the NJ teachers association penned an open letter to the BOE for the state saying middleschoolers don't listen and I'm assuming they should be collected on a garbage barge and set adrift in the Atlantic. More traditionally urban malls with more black representation have been dealing with more severe issues than just their kids being shitty. Shitty non-black kids just means a nuisance, at the very worst maybe loud fights. Shitty black kids bring their culture and it tends to be fake ass gang incidents in the malls. People getting robbed, shot, stabbed, along with the typical chirping and nuisance kids of that age bring with them. My local mall (not urban) seems to have just maintained a strong police presence at all entrances stopping groups of kids from entering and generally just harassing them. The mall is also fucking packed, like I've never seen a mall this busy all the time in years, so it must be working. I know other malls who haven't been able to cap the issues are struggling, even including those high-end malls.

It will, at the very least, be a hung jury. The narrative is out there that he's a good boy, and that the evil white kid was being mean ...and probably said the N-word, the magic word that absolves blacks of all responsibility.

The only way to convict him is to get an all-white jury and even then if you have one liberal, they'll still refuse to convict.
