I'm not a doctor, so this might be just a one case which doesn't represent the whole spectrum of this condition, but my cousin has 2 uteruses.
One of them was not functional, unable to carry a pregnancy, and the second one was able to get pregnant, but these pregnancies were high risk, and unfortunately, after couple of tries, she was unable to have a child, which was a source of a great distress for her.

Sorry for the powerlevel, but I wanted to give some context from my experience, that this disorder doesn't make you always "UwU special super fertile kawaii", but can actually be detrimental to woman's fertility or ability to have a normal pregnancy.

The complaints about her eyes and people blaming the artist for it are pretty funny. Hila just looks like that. He should've gotten something to represent her that wasn't a hyperrealistic portrait of her face. Portrait tattoos just don't look good even when they're well done.

Late but the reason the shadowing is so severe is for the expectation of the fading of it. They do more shading according to the area of the body. So places like arms, legs and necks are heavily shaded, then when they inevitably fade, it looks more natural.
Though I agree hyper realistic is a waste. Those details die in time so you're paying for a very expensive (slightly long) temporary detail.
