How long until Trump realizes that fucking with the cattle's bread and circuses is the quickest way to lose everyone's support?
How long until Fatty realizes that social media and especially video games aren’t the deciding factor for real fucking life and have been proven as such many, many times. Or are you able to slip into a dimension where that awful Fortnite collab with Kamala Harris got her the Presidency. Most normal people are going to care and buy a Switch 2 during the holidays or when they see it on the shelves not trying to get a pre-order lol.

If Trump breaks things hard enough it won't matter. That's really the only hope for any of this sticking, the Humpty Dumpty scenario where all the kings horses and all the kings men can't put things back together again to where they were six months ago.
The only feasible goal is to lessen tariffs and other protectionist measures on US goods as trade imbalances can be beneficial.

Imagine a shit hole country produces an ore needed for a plane engine. Now, we buy the ore from them and refine it then that the alloy to make a plane engine.

The country selling the raw ore can't afford the engine or more expensive US goods but we pay them for their ore.

As such, the US spends more buying from that country than that country buys from US but the economic benefit is greater for us as we get can sell the engine for exponentially more money as well as refinery and manufacturing jobs.

I want more skilled manufacturing to come back to the US but I don't want people making Temu junk or some fast fashion Forever 21 rags.

Adjusted for inflation, Switch games cost the same as SNES games did when they were new. Some SNES games even cost more, depending on how much storage was on the cart.

Also, the Switch 2 and it's Games' prices were set months ago, so the tariffs cannot have anything to do with it, unless they decide to raise the prices this week during the delay.
Super Mario Bros 3 would have cost $120 adjusted for inflation.
It's still the greatest video game of all time.

And before.
A lot of people hate Millennials for decent reasons, especially the pink haired cancel culture types that came out of Channel Awesome to Tumblr to Twitter to Bluesky. But younger of them and zoomers seem to be less insane in some ways. Boomers were the first 'free love and drugs' gen and just don't give a damn.

"'i'm not owned! im not owned!!', i continue to insist as i slowly shrink and transform into a corn cob"

edit:
Page Quad 3. cool beans.
Keep seething, faggots. All I hear with these replies is "mommy, mommy, I want the toys!! buy me the toys!! mom!!"

You know what a 32% tariff on Indonesia says? It says "I don't give a fuck. I will train grandma to sew. She can be 20% slower and I can still pocket 10% arbitrage."
It says "Fuck you! One export dependent country will crack first and all the rest will fall in line fast. If you're the one left holding the bag at the end, your asshole will hurt so much you'll never sit down again."

How long until Trump realizes that fucking with the cattle's bread and circuses is the quickest way to lose everyone's support?
You have to be genuine niggercattle if you really put such importance on this goy entertainment. I don’t know about you, but I’d rather have economic prosperity than a consoomer economy that makes everyone fat, depressed, and lazy.
We'll be in a great depression by next year. No way this shit passes over in a few weeks.
Tell me you don’t understand economics without telling me.

People who criticize the stock market as some rigged gambling system are morons. The first great misunderstanding is thinking that the stock market is a zero-sum game. It isn’t. Capitalism converts work into currency. As long as you have productive work, the net price of all stock in the world will go up. Consider a miner who pans gold. He doesn’t take money from anyone else, he simply creates his own money. That’s capitalism.

The stock market is literally the most accessible way to obtain an appreciating asset. You can buy stock for a dollar. No other appreciating asset can be obtained or liquidated so easily.
