I know very little about bankruptcy; why does this lying piece of shit get avoid paying what she owes? Is getting it in PR versus anywhere else important?

I apologize for my ignorance, never been bankrupt.
It ruins your credit for a while and you can't do it again for a period of 7 years. Good luck getting a credit card or a house. Getting a new car is typically pretty easy after a bankruptcy from what I've heard from someone who I knew that filed for bankruptcy.

Based on everything I read during the DSP bankruptcy, something like 90%+ of all bankruptcy cases get rubber stamped/approved.
You have to be committing serious and obvious fraud or a creditor actually has to turn up at the meeting and have a shit fit (and they usually don't).

Reminder: "winning" your bankruptcy isn't "winning". It means you failed to pay your debts and you will be unable to get credit cards or do much shit until something like 7 years pass. It's not some magic get out of jail free card.

I believe you can get hyper exploitive credit cards and shit, they start mailing bankruptcy people as soon as the court case is done.

Because according to Bankruptcy law this is the norm.
They take away everything they can legally take, liquidate it and pay back the debts, then it gets wiped.
This means Snackie is completely and utterly broke, complied with all requests and demands and had everything she owned sold off.
I'd very much like to know how much they managed to get out of her.

[EDIT] Link to 11 USC 727 for those interested in reading the legalese.

Partly, I think, because predatory lending practices are easier to enforce with cars. The outcomes are:

-The bad debt risk actually makes all the payments on time after they sign for like 30% APR or whatever the fuck, resulting in a huge return, or

-More than likely they don't, and the car gets turned off remotely and repo'd so they can recycle the same product to the next sucker indefinitely

So wait... You can file for bankruptcy in PR? I knew it was a territory but I didn't know they had US Judges like that?

Idk, from my perspective, it just feels weird, and like there could be some loop hole-ish potential there that the brown pig was able to exploit. The fuck do I know though.
"As Puerto Rico is under United States sovereignty, U.S. federal law applies in the territory, and cases of a federal nature are heard in the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico."

"The United States Code (formally The Code of Laws of the United States of America) is the official codification of the general and permanent federal statutes of the United States."

The discharge is under 11 USC 727. (Click to read the legalese)
Nothing weird about. Normal US federal law.

Can IRS debt not be discharged ? Like student loans debt
Tax debt is not dischargable

Provided she didn’t get away with hiding crypto or other funds. The crypto market has been shitting the bed lately and the only silver lining is that Jackie and her ugly husband will have been suffering.

He did not. Be basically keeps rolling up the arrears into a payment plan and will be kinda fucked if they tell him no at any point in the future
ah, too bad, payment plans are available to any nigger who asks, and they can be really stupid, too, like $10 a month for fifty billion years - it makes THEM look good so they're down

the real debtnigger trick is to max out your cards and pay off the taxman with them long BEFORE you go bankrupt.
