I mean does trump want the other countries to back down on their own tariffs or does he want manufacturing back in the US, because afaik you can’t do both if you rescind your own tariffs after a deal is made.
It's not just tariffs but the EU in particular has put up a mountain of red tape that make it hard for the US to compete in their markets, so it's about stuff like that as well.

Mario Kart World is $90 if you want a physical copy.

That guy is a fucking shill and i will not be proved other wise until he stops yapping about bullshit beside the car, and actually takes off the fucking cover and go over the fucking internals and engineering like hundred of other cartubers easily do every day.
In this video he says it's just a turbo v4 diesel. In the Tucker video at around 16:30 he says its a BMW engine from the early 2000's. Seems like most of the gains he's made is from aerodynamics and weight.

Vietnam says they will remove all tariffs on the US.
>Vietnam removes all tariffs
>US removes tariffs on Vietnam because of that
>No reason to move manufacturing from Vietnam to the US anymore
The entire onshoring idea only works if we keep tariffs until a point where the manufacturing is back. If we are going to remove tariffs if other countries do too, there is no incentive to bring back manufacturing. If we don't remove tariffs when other countries do, then they aren't reciprocal and calling them as such is misleading.
ATP I would be much more in favor of heavy subsidies and tax cuts for manufacturing, with tariffs targeted at specific imports we are trying to onshore.

I literally could not give a fuck about the stock market or 401ks because I do not own any stock and I do not have a 401k. Most people in the US also do not, only a small minority of people own stock. I buy tangible assets. I buy local. I buy American
The middle class owns stocks and I believe that we should care about the middle class.

Spoiler: Everything that's happened with the stock market since 2008 is fake and we're on a steep correction. I'm talkin like.. 30k DJIA, 4K S&P Index level correction. Ya'll niggas forgot the government has been keeping the economy going by not allowing shitty corporations to fail. The ride doesn't stop until the top 5% of stock holders run like bitches to Treasury bonds to try and save themselves.

Recalling back to my days in the corporatized scams known as college I actually recall one of my professors talking about tariffs, it wasn't even a history class but the dumb bitch actually said "well when the government doesn't want you to have something they tariff it and when they want you to have more of that thing they subsidize it."

Now that I remember that it does make it somewhat easier to see how so many retards who know nothing about tariffs or economic policy are screaming the sky is falling - economic policy is boring and a lot of people just pick up what they hear. I'm sure I'm not the only person who had my share of college professors who were unabashed retard lefties, and all across the country for decades they've been teaching similarly stupid things. Immeasurable damage has been done to American society by failure women who resigned themselves to a life of "teaching" and took their bitterness about it out on the world.

If the Republican party would swallow its pride and dial back its anti-union sentiment

Republicans should really be looking at dumping big business behind the scenes. They got debanked and had the search engine results filtered with censorship, they should be looking to dissolve these institutions. Google should not be the default search engine mining data. If they prepared this correctly and quietly, they could increase the populist movement. I feel now is the time for change that hasn't been seen in 200 years of this nation.

hedgefunders are literally citing /pol/ posts and you're dooming?

archive of the original post.

Eggs were up in price because the biden admin had millions of chickens killed. Because of the avian flu. Trump stopped that practice. Which is why eggs are down.

Its not the 8% that owns most of the stocks on the market. Its the 10%.

I think that includes stocks in a retirement account. The number of people who buy and sell individual stocks through a brokerage is smaller.
Retirement accounts and indexes are affected by the market. I know everyone here hates boomers and gen x, but even short term crashes are pretty bad for someone wanting to retire soon.

I just hate how fragile everyone is. Everyone agrees that the standard of living has done nothing but go down for several decades, yet they immediately cry at any attempt to change things. I'm not saying it's going to be a success or a failure, just saying that people need to stop being histrionic faggots. And ironically, the histrionic faggots actually play into the stock crashing harder.
