Evictions are legal proceedings, so there would be a record of it. The lack of records make me think that this isn't the case. 16 is also confirmed to be hers, it's under her mother's name. She most likely just didn't sign a new lease.

Normally these types end up just lying to therapists so much that they don't get the full story and can't help them. At best it becomes another way for them to get validation through their one-sided accounts of events. "My therapist said you're abusive!" is a normal BPD thing to say, for example.
