Okay first off, serious question, I don't know much about divorce rulings beside that they can be absolutely unfair and I have even less idea how they work in Australia. But if you divorce your husband who's saddled in debts, can you still get alimony off him?

Also want to chime in that while a lot of us thought this trial was over the Donkey Kong score and even if he couldn't have spelled it out "Yeah I am being sued over saying he's responsible for a suicide". I get legally you don't talk about the trial. I don't even think it "misled" us that he posted a million video about Billy's cheating during that time.

No here's the thing.
I'm disappointed in him that he's such an autistic retard who didn't settle and thought he had a chance over this defamation trial. He gloated so much about this thing, thinking he was going to win and humiliate his sworn enemy and he had clearly no chance. "He cheated at Donkey Kong so I should be able to say anything about him." That was his plan! Like for fuck's sakes.

It's like the guy had relatively smartly produced content and you find out he's such a fucking idiot it's like wow man. He really did mislead us, I mislead us into thinking he wasn't a complete idiot. Especially once you find out how he deleted the video, got zero confirmation and yet re-uploaded it, this after the notice of concern. You know they say never think with your dick, well I guess that applies to hateboners too.
Honestly, you said it better then I ever could, this retard seemed to have mixed up immoral actions and criminal actions and thought he could do no wrong to big dick Billy because Billy is an asshole.

He could have backed out at any fucking time or made a public apology, hell I would have respected if he doubled down and went “you know what, fuck it, you absolutely made that guy kill himself and I don’t care if I have to go down for it” but he thought he could play the audience off while also winning in court. What a fucking retard

Null mention :) he also posted a photo of himself flexing in just his undies..

Jobst is in a state right now where geeks in his incel discord army are going to start bailing like rats on a sinking ship, which means more secrets may come to light. Look how he conducts himself publicly in his discord. Why mention cocks and cumming so frequently in a discord about getting the best time on Facility in GoldenEye 64? imagine what he's saying in private messages

this fake alpha needs a thread ASAP

null asked on MATI if anyone had a copy of the ebook. I've searched a bit online but haven't been able to find a PDF or any copy or archive of it. I'm pretty sure it must've only gotten a few hundred sign ups.
People have referred to this website and previous project by Jobst since like 2021 but no one has any archives beyond the internet archive link, I can't find a copy/archive of the email or PDF anywhere so far.

edit:
Here is an interview where he discusses the book that he wrote:

He also made 2 instrumental guitar tracks that seem related to the book (the tracks are attached as mp3 files):

How does Jobst manage to be so unlikable that one is all but forced to root for Mitchell to win?
He's not unless you're very emotional and childish. I mean don't get me wrong, he's a faggot, but he doesn't deserve to be forced to pay six figures to defend himself from a cheater.
He actually deserved to pay seven figures, but gaming legend Billy Mitchell decided to be merciful and limited his ask for punitive damages. Billy didn't do this for the money. He's a hot sauce baron. He only was trying to clear his good name.

I don't personally like Jobst or pretty much anyone else involved in the drama, I haven't followed it for the most part and I'm not a legal expert, but has anyone here looked at these emails cited by Billy's team?

[451] Mr Mitchell said that John Weeks was the organiser of an auction of the world’s largest collection of pinball and arcade gaming machines. Mr Mitchell had an agreement with him to host the auction for a fee of $50,000. After the publication of the video, Mr Weeks cancelled the agreement, apparently because of the negativity surrounding Mr Mitchell as a result of the video. Mr Mitchell later received an email from Mr Weeks confirming that cancellation, in which he said:
As per our previous conversation, I apologize for our decision to withdraw our agreement with you to host you at our auction due to the allegations from Karl Jobst that you played a significant role in Apollo Legend’s decision to take his own life. We made the decision strictly for business reasons and I do not feel personal discontent with you, but the negativity brought by the claims presented too large a risk to us strictly from a business perspective.
[452] Mr Mitchell recalled that another person, Ryan Burger, who had booked him for three separate events, cancelled all three and has not since booked him to appear at any events. Mr Burger also sent him an email cancelling the third event, saying:
Due to the toxicity and negativity brought by Karl Jobst’s claim that you played a role in Apollo Legend’s decision to take his own life, Old School Gamer Magazine feels compelled to withdraw its $5,000 per weekend paid appearance offer also for the Midwest Gaming Classic. I had hoped that this would have faded by now so we didn’t have to cancel this event similar to Des Moines Gaming Classic and Planet Comicon appearances that we had withdrawn earlier this summer, but I think it’s best that we allow some time to pass given the current climate. [453]
Whether or not the reasons given in those emails were true, the withdrawal of the offers demonstrated a harmful effect of the video on Mr Mitchell’s reputation and the receipt of the emails affected Mr Mitchell’s personal reactions to the video.
These have to be forged, right? Forged emails that Billy submitted and judge cited in his verdict as evidence for damages. Whatever, I guess. I'm not here to defend Jobst, he had lawyers for that.

Not necessarily, he could've just asked them to send the emails phrased in that specific way. If they were cancelling him for whatever reason it requires very little effort for him to phrase the cancellation that way. It also kind of runs with how the whole Twin Galaxies operation was run.
If those people were "friends" with him then they would've just written the emails because it is literally no skin off of their back.

Depends on the context of what you mean by forged.
They're dated after the filings, and there isn't necessarily a disqualifier that Billy can't go to one of his buddies and ask for in writing that the appearance was cancelled and this was a reason.
It's admitted at face value heresay. It would only be controversial at how heavily it's taken into account.

DOUBLE DOWN CONFIRMED.

Increase that debt, Karl. Make sure that your son's grandchildren will inherit your debt, all because of a red joystick.
So appealing is back on the menu then? He edited out the part about him planning on appealing in his first community post.
