I do not think there are many who would be good targets for current Juju. DSP is such a known commodity that he turns it around and it makes him bulletproof. All that made him look horrible in comparison to Juju who hardly did anything in public (because he was better at hiding his shady stuff). If Maddox had calmed down and shown the things we know now about how Juju wronged him, perhaps by just making and spreading a Google doc, Juju would have been ruined. Eric did provide his side of the story and it was a massive takedown on Juju's character. That cannot be disputed.

I would argue that staying calm and asking for instructions on how to communicate in a precise and easy to read manner that Juju wronged him was the better option. Again, I will point to Eric's retaliation. At the start of the split, opinion was mixed. Half liked Juju and half liked Maddox. He had the chance to remain calm and, if he played his cards right, would have exposed Juju.

I am writing to you in regards to a police report made to the Plano, TX Police Department, 2024-00029562, filed by a Rippaverse employee that appears to have been made at the instruction of Eric July on February 8, 2024. The report was brought to my attention on March 31, 2025 via a Twitter/X post made by Dick Masterson. Upon reviewing the police report I noted falsified and embellished statements that were made in a police report made to the Plano Police Department. The false and embellished statements include the following:

… “all incidents of driving by the residence” …

Any accusation of stalking is entirely false and unfounded.

As you are well aware we are both residents of the same Frisco, TX neighborhood. I have been to the home of Eric July and have had amicable conversations with him prior to this report being filed on numerous occasions, was never asked to leave or to not return and we have also had a meeting in public. In fact, every time I went to Eric’s residence I would give him comic books that I either had or picked up. This was stated in a Twitter/X post made by me on March 31, 2025. I have also not been to his residence since July 2022. As we reside in the same neighborhood, which Eric knows to be true, it is reasonable that I would travel by your residence from time to time for various reasons.

I was never an employee of the Rippaverse and this assertions is refuted by the reporter in their meeting with the responding officer.

One of the emails between myself and Carrow Brown was posted to Twitter/X on March 31, 2025 that clearly demonstrates the above assertion to be untrue. I offered to assist Eric and the company and expressly stated that I was not seeking financial compensation nor looking to make a career change.

This statement is entirely false. As of the date of this police report, the only Rippaverse employee I ever interacted with was Carrow Brown via email and none of the correspondence was “rude”. You know you will be unable to provide any evidence to the contrary that is either verbal or written that from any point in time in 2022 when this alleged “rude” behavior occurred.

This is a clear embellishment and appears to be an attempt to establish some sort of motive in an attempt to have a warrant issued for my arrest. This was also done by you to Riley Mix in response to him making an appearance outside of Rippaverse Publishing. On the date of this report I too made an appearance at Rippaverse Publishing. As reflected in the photo that was taken by me from in front of the location I did not exit my vehicle and at no point did I approach the entrance as there is a No Trespassing sign. As indicated in the police report, the photo was taken from a public area.

Every statement I have made with regards to Eric or the Rippaverse business that has appeared online has been my thoughts based on the material that has been published by either your employees, such as Jen & Sylvia Soska, Eric July or Rippaverse employees. My numerous write ups regarding the Rippaverse business and its practices are based entirely on material posted by Eric or Rippaverse employees. I have gone out of my way to provide the sources of which all of my thoughts and business analysis are based. The visit to the warehouse was to determine if statements you made on a live stream with Nick Reiketa regarding the accessibility of the warehouse were accurate. Again, this was done in response to statements and assertions that you made in public. As referenced in the police report this was done from a public space and the entrance to your business was never approached. To date, I have not returned to the warehouse since the 2/8/24 visit.

With regards to the part of the statement that I have posted photos of Eric’s home, this is entirely false and unverifiable by Eric or any Rippaverse employee.

Pursuant to Civil Practice and Remedies Code Title 4. Liability in Tort Chapter 73. Libel Subchapter A. General Provisions. I am formally requesting, as I did in my March 31, 2025 Twitter/X post and again in a Reddit post that was posted to Twitter/X on April 2, 2025, that you address each of the bolded claims and make the appropriate corrections, clarifications, or retractions as appropriate and as required by the statues. I have copied the pertinent statutes below for reference.

In the event that this request is not met or challenged within the time frames outlined in the below statutes I will be moving forward with a civil suit as my obligation to make this request within the allotted time frame from the date of my discovery of the referenced police report that includes the alleged defamatory statements will have been met. Per the referenced statutes I will provide you with physical copies of any information I have that supports my assertions upon request.
