It's everyone's fault but Karl's somehow and he's left holding the bag.

If the court needs it for any reason, Karl has influenced my opinion of Billy Mitchell, Karl's Lawyer, and the judge so heavily that I view them in a negative light as a direct result of his statements. Because of Karl, I believe his lawyer is inept and that the judge kicks orphaned puppies.

Apollo Legend was friends with some sperg who was in alt-right circles fetishising pale skin, talking about penis length and bitching about Jews. Karl was there right with him, fitting since that group was infested with yellow fever.

That guy got chased out of the "community" because speedrunning is filled to the brim with retarded leftoids. Apollo got hit after he made a video defending the guy. Then some Jeet called Darkviper8888 did a hit piece on Apollo with some other guy called EzScape. It was typical for narcs like him to stomp someone that's already down.

In his suicide note, he directly named DarkViperAU and Ezscape that made the hit piece with him. In a surreal crossover event, spectre_06 inserted himself into this drama with alleged welfare calls. I don't think he ever called anyone to visit but he did get confirmation of the man's suicide.

Karl decided it was a good idea to use this man's death to attack Billy.

Going by the archived discord chat there must be some backroom where they discussed this situation in detail.
Karl, Ersatz_Cats and whoever else was on their "investigation" team.

I would really like to know how many of these morons actively participated in writing the script for Karl's video and "confirming" to him that his claim was factually accurate. Karl got really fucked over by people telling him what was supposedly true.

I want to see Billy slam those fuckers in US court for the same defamatory statement. Especially Ersatz_Cats who is still coping and claiming that it is factually accurate to blame Billy.

The two named in Apollo Legend's suicide video was DarkViperAU (diperAU) and EzScape.
The alt-right guy Apollo Legend defended was RWhiteGoose. He was also friends with Karl Jobst.

EzScape was a close friend of Apollo Legend as well. Notably, both of the named people donated money to Apollo's family. The guilt was creeping up.

Apollo Legend also made videos criticising AGDQ (Awesome Games Done Quick), a speedrun charity that does decent fundraising but cannot remove their mouths from tranny cock.

Anyway, Apollo Legend had lots of health issues. The bullshit Billy invoked onto him didn't help, but certainly the two dipshits finding an opportunity for a hit piece did him worse. Apparently Billy Mitchell himself reached out to Apollo Legend's family sending condolences. I'll try and find those Tweets later. I definitely recall something there. He wasn't "happy about it" as Karl tried to portray.
Additionally, some ween or lurker on the site sent one of the many memes made, it was an image showing Billy with his thumbs up saying he achieved the troonskip 41%, Billy responded with "that's fucked, go fuck yourself", something to that effect. I believe someone had to explain to Billy what it actually meant. He's a moron in his own ways but I don't think he's a heartless moron that revels in the suicide of someone he "buried the hatchet" with. If he was that bad, then Apollo Legend should have directly named him in the suicide video in lieu the two mongoloids that made hit pieces.

I don't know if that actually makes it worse, because he's already acknowledging that the judge was right in this case LMAO

Jobst needing to be the smartest and bestest person in the room is part of what got him fucked in the first place. Mother Fucker couldn't stop making videos about Billy while he was being fucking sued by him. That was part of the reason it was so easy to prove malice. The judge said so himself. Karl was so convinced of his righteousness he spent three years making things worse for himself.
