Unironically I know of three individual teachers who quit after they had to move to a district of Socioeconomic status. One was an upperclass black woman, extremely classy person from a well educated background. She basically said "I'm not going to risk my life for a job" in regards to Nigga student violence.

This reminds me of somebody else I know who was a daughter of a coworker who I've spoken to a few times. She is a black woman who has a history in education and she basically exclusively is used to teaching in schools of socioeconomic status. She started this one job a few months ago and on her first day basically got begged not to quit. The last person (who I'm assuming was black) was stabbed and left .

Every single student there to even go anywhere has to have like a specifically written hall pass. All bathrooms have 5 minuet timers on them. These are middle schoolers and they have security gates, mandatory clear backpacks. The school is 95% black or Hispanic. (Poor whites). Some of her stories were insane of daily shit that happens that's 100% normal there such as preventing daily fights etc. she actually seemed to lay down the law pretty well and a lot of the students really liked her.

Sadly, said woman also got hospitalized for weekd and nearly died from basically an environmental turbo aids the building had. She was forced to leave and the school was Halal cleansed of its super aids.

Keep in mind you're paying teachers like this maybe 30-40k to potentially fucking die either from building AIDS or being stabbed by a student. People go into teaching jobs to HELP. Not for money. If they have a history of going to low income schools they know they're getting functionally illiterate students who have parents in poverty. The last thing they should worry about is being stabbed or chimped out on.

Did the comments tell him that if they make the place unsafe and assault employees, they're lucky that the business is there at all? I would think the whole "It's not like this in other places" could lead one to the obvious conclusion of "What happened here to cause them to add shielding to protect the minimum wage employees?"

These are the same people that complain about food deserts and cannot be bothered to think about why they exist in the first place. I watched it happen in my hometown. Local grocery chain builds a new store on an old factory site that is being redeveloped. The surrounding neighborhoods are mostly black. The store was only open for a few years. It's still boarded up and the parking lot is full of weeds. A spokesperson for the chain claimed that the rates of theft there were not any higher than any of their other stores, so theft had nothing to do with the closure. Sure, Jan.

That but probably has more to do with Ethiopia being an incredibly rugged part of Africa. Very mountainous, with large plateaus of up to 14k feet.

Of course in the end it was conquered by Italy when technological superiority overcame the barriers of harsh terrain and logistics.

They take everything so personally. When I see things like this I’m glad the staff have extra safety measures and the business is protected from losses.

It’s not about him, it’s about the employees. It doesn’t remotely affect him if Dunkin Donuts staff are protected from armed robberies and murder, he’s still receiving his order.

So why should he feel like he’s being treated like an “animal”? He’s made the connection that such safety measures are only provided in certain communities, and this makes him feel ashamed and conspicuous.

As always, his solution to to remove the external thing that reminded him to feel bad, rather than calling for his community to stop shooting and robbing minimum wage donut shop employees in the first place.
