This didn't look that bad until she decided to add ketchup.
Also add some fucking flour or cornstarch or something just to give it some breaded thickness or something bro like damn.

Too much sugar. Makes it unhealthy. Just dry-fry it, nigger. Non-stick pan, (or, better, good cast iron), toss the chicken in. There's so much fat and water in the chicken anyhow. Toss some salt in there and you're away.

Boiling is a horrible way to cook anything unless you're making a broth or things to go in a broth like a soup or stew.
The reverse is also true, put any veg or meat into boiling water and watch it change color as it absorbs the flavor and becomes souppe.

What's your thoughts on blanching? Or, as the "water fried chicken video" shows, steaming?

iirc if your pet is very sensitive to the point he needs expensive food, depending on the issues you may get a lot of mileage out of boiling the fuck out of leg quarters or whatever chicken is on supersale that week

This is not fried chicken! Id probably still eat it if it was in front of me but I wouldn’t try this at home lol. I like to mix half buttermilk, half pickle juice and soak my chicken overnight before I fry it.

The nigga in OP video is nuts! Here is a real nigga actually cooking some good chicken drumsticks with the same sauce (soy sauce, honey, ketchup, garlic) in the video above. This is a slow cooked recipe though so it takes a bit but it's very good. I add onions, carrots and bell pepper to the crockpot and I also make roasted potatoes and broccoli after its done cooking.

Soy sauce and ketchup, we're only one step away from using tomato soup as an ingredient. When are they going to smother it in ranch?
