This man has only 300 live viewers and wants $3,500. So now he expected 10 dollars per viewer on his stream. He's reached $1,500 so each viewer has given him 5 dollars each. Insane no one else on Earth has so few viewers and yet gets so a high amount of donations.

This is actually legit what happened on Twitch. No other streamer had this few viewers yet this much money donated per viewer. It does show that shameless begging works. Somehow
