Aaron Imholte / Steel Toe Morning/Evening Show / "The Toe Boys" / r/steeltoeboringshow - Disgraced Minnesotan radio host turned racist Internet shock jock. Cuckold chef de Spaghetti-os, "2-2" boxing "coach". Has a legion of a-logs. Lost his wife to a coke addict he played "Strip Twister" with. Fined $50 for sharing nudes of Kayla Rekieta.

I get the Farm's stance on cowtipping, and support it. But shit's real on the streets of St. Cloud. I wouldn't be surprised if someone in Aaron's audience tipped off Wil's employer. I honestly think Aaron's too lazy to bother, but that may be rainbow-worthy.

That said, remember when a member of Toe Army pressed Ralph outside one of Nick's hearings, and that was the funniest shit ever? He denied the name his daddy gave him. He should have just gave that fine gentleman papa's crackerjack box ring right then and there. Cow-tipping may be bad, but hog-tipping can be hilarious.

Life ruination stuff is stupid, but Wil is equally stupid to do this cow shit in public with his name attached, half-to-fully sloshed.

It's all about ethics in .... cokestreaming. Or something. Puh-lease.

Aaron doesn't have the foggiest idea what the hell he's talking about.
This is very likely, but I also think he is hoping that state sees Nick accessing his emails and reading privileged correspondence as a reason to drop the charges.

Nick (and his wife) as witnesses and the damaged party reading the discussion between the accused and his lawyer for trial strategy and evidence presentation could violate Aaron's right to a fair trial.

State witnesses being able to prepare themselves for questions that would likely come up during cross and/or forwarding illegally obtained information to the prosecution would be a good point to bring up. IIRC April also provided confirmation for a message being sent by Aaron at the correct time by accessing his phone records. I would think there is a solid argument to be made here that the case should be dismissed.

Would a judge go along with that? I have no idea, maybe yes, maybe no. Depends very much on what kind of "evidence" Aaron actually has to support accusations of foul play, or if it is a massive nothingburger.

And it is absolutely possible that it is a Nothingburger and we will make fun of Aaron's "Nick hacked my Google" story for years to come.

Nobody owes Wil anything. So-called journalists are the new tobacco company executives and people know a conflict of interest when they see one. Wil has been incredibly unprofessional by reporting as an ostensibly neutral journalist while actively taking sides. He refuses to own his bullshit. I’ll save my sympathy for someone who deserves it.

Everything thing about Aaron's case suggests that the prosecution isn't preparing for a trial. All of the witness related process has seemed to effectively stop a while ago. Aaron may have been offered a really good deal. But he might be thinking now that if he pushes things he can get the charges outright dismissed.

He would be taking a risk. But if his account is to be believed, he has already been offered just about a total surrender on the part of the prosecution. If what he is saying is true, they might well just drop the whole thing.

But we really don't know what he has actually been offered or what they are doing or what will happen in that hearing.

I wouldn't consider Wil any kind of journalist. He is a guy who works at a low-power marginal TV station reading sports scores and talking about weather. He is a total nobody.

No shit. But he’s presenting himself on his employer’s website as an objective journalist covering Nick’s case. Meanwhile, he’s directly involved himself in the story. He’s a drunk POS and IDGAF about how embarrassed he was when his employer asked him WTF he was doing. All these guys imagining that they’re so much better than Aaron are, to a man, pathetic.

"Never wrestle with a pig. You both get dirty and the pig likes it."

Of course, Aaron is the pig in this scenario because he himself wrestled with the pigs for years. The cycle will continue until a bunch of morons sandbag their own livelihoods in order to "own" Toe Man Bad.

Life ruination is gay as hell, and if it's proven that Aaron engaged in it, that's a black mark on his reputation worse than all of the cucking shit, in my opinion. That said I'm not sympathetic to Wil who took no effort to separate his personal and professional lives, truly moronic. It's not even like he has an edgy, counter-culture employer that would turn a blind eye to it all. No shit they took one look at his antics and how he explicitly frames himself as a TV presenter and said "shut the fuck up retard you're making us look bad."

is "life ruination" another way of saying "prelude to family annihilation"

I know it's a sick meme but watching aaron is watching a Law and Order:Criminal Intent Villain of the week in Real time

Coincidentally, the one time L&O:CI did a family annihilator, that character was filled with lies about his career prospects
Yeah, but Aaron doesn't sit on a bench all day in a park.

I don’t think letting a media outlet know their reporter is pulling shenanigans is “life ruination.” Wil was a moron for giving anyone such damning, public ammo to use against him.
Can't say I agree with your line of thinking here, I doubt the person who reported it (possibly Aaron) cares about journalistic integrity, they wanted him to suffer. As I said though, I agree he was a moron and basically asking for trouble.

Wil Herren introduced himself into all this gay tribal interwebs drama as 'that media guy who works at KWTF in Bumfuck, Louisiana'; he can't be that naïve to think that gay ops in some shape or form won't come his way eventually.

It could be Aaron, it could be Keanu (who Wil was a-logging hard when she went after clippers), it could be some Dabbleverse nobody who Wil didn't acknowledge online or who really doesn't like him cozying up to Nick, for all we know it could be Nick himself because he's been holding a grudge from the court reporting by Wil's source K (also, Nick has a ton of free time on his hands). Bottom line is, Wil should 1) cover his flanks better and 2) realize that he's very disposable.

I can think something is absolutely lame-ass bitch behavior and think the person it was done to had it coming at the same time.

Exactly. My heartstrings just aren’t pulled by Wil getting called out for what he was shamelessly doing on the public internet. He wanted attention and he got it. Congrats!

what's dumber than trying to become a name in the Dabbleverse? using your real professional TV reporter identity and YT channel to do it. Wil Herren works for a bumfuck station so the chances of his program director doing periodic google searches of station talent is slim, but it's going to come up somehow eventually. "Why is Wil posting hundreds of clips about a lawyer talking about a guy eating his cum?????" Peak idiocy

3. Aaron possibly thinks that he can make it part of his plea deal that he'll only do it if the state promises to charge Nick, or to at least devote best efforts in good faith to investigating and then prosecuting if there's any there there. If so he'd be retarded to think that any such assurances would be enforceable.

4. The state's offer was so overly cushy that Aaron's lawyer smells desperation and they really are still on the fence about maybe fighting for dismissal after all, or are at least bluffing that they will to try to eke out another concession or two.
After listening to what Aaron has said, I expect either 3) or 4) to be true. 3) is not too stupid for Aaron, but I would hope it's too stupid for his lawyer, meaning 4) is more likely.

On the one hand, it seems stupid for Aaron to not immediately take the deal, but Aaron's only realistic path to getting back on the radio in any capacity involves escaping from this case unscathed. Aaron was forced to resign in disgrace from his "Steel Toe Morning Show" radio show after harassing a female radio host and directing his fans to as well. Then, last year, he was convicted of breaching his HRO with his ex-wife on his "STMS" stream. Now he is accused again of going after another ex via the Steel Toe Morning Show.

This is starting to become a pattern.

Who is going to hire Aaron to go back on the radio if he loses this case too?

Wil is a moron, but he's been involved in online drama for years. This is a guy who partied with Ethan Ralph.

Somehow Aaron has gotten mentally hurt by this bumbling moron Wil to the extent that he did something even @Kinochet or other Ralph alogs didn't do, which is to make calls complaining about Wil until he got told to knock it off!

What a thin-skinned bitch!

He's been around for years. He was working at a different station in Texas when Ralph met up with him.

I don’t think even Wil has claimed that, just insinuated it after a convo with Nick. If he had any proof I suspect he wouldn’t hesitate to say so.

I had no idea he was actually a news person. I thought he was just a faggot YouTube drama channel.
