Even if he had a stake in it (it was his family's, he had no seeming ties to it), would "worked at a restaurant" really be the thing you say when somebody asked you about Jon's occupation? Though it would be a plot twist so insane it might singlehandedly save the current content drought.
I'd be happy if TJ comes into the fold. He does constant retarded shit, often without realizing, which is really entertaining to watch. Just imagine him trying to interact with Ice or Chicken and them being weirded out why can't this dude stop spazzing out all over the place.

It's TJ, Letty confirms to Hyub that it's the guy he (Hyub) talked to a few days ago. TJ actually called Letty on his stream and she passed him the phone for a bit. She said his name was Jasper (his name for the grindr profile for Powtank lol) and you could hear his voice. I don't think it's clipped but /ftl/ did caught this.

EDIT: actually, what Letty confirmed to Hyub is that it's the "road trip" friend. In case you missed it, Letty is planning a Canada road trip with her IRL friends and TJ is invited. Apparently they are that close now

There really was no redeeming side to Fatty in S3. He was just awful. I'm a big fatty defender as everyone here already knows and I thought he was awful in season 3. With season 1 and 2 I can point to specific parts of the show where he made me laugh really hard and I can only think of a single time in S3 he made me laugh like that and it was when he was asking homeless black people for money in Vegas. The rest of the time he was just obnoxious.

One of the reasons for this is that he was never sperging out because of being fucked with. Although he was very annoying in the previous seasons, the freakouts that Tay and Letty would cause in him were pure kino. Meanwhile on S3 he was brought in very late with there being no incentives to fuck with him, whereas on S1 Letty had a reason to since he was being a sex pest towards her and was planning to fuck with her himself. Likewise on S2 Fatty was a sex pest again towards Tay and Trish and they were also incentivized to do it with challenges from production to both make him quit and make him cry (Ignore that Tay making him cry and wiping TJ's CP meant jackshit since he was saved from elimination anyways thanks to Chris just giving him more points).

Meanwhile the S3 cast was a lot less physical with each other overall and they hadn't been exposed to him long enough to hate him before the RV trip, and at that point what the fuck could they do in there? And also the one time Luke tried getting the others to mess with Fatty before the RV trip started, both Payton and Binx refused to do it.

All great points. Fatty was allowed to basically just exist unmolested in S3 and that was not interesting at all. The entertainment of Fatty comes primarily through his impotent rage (especially when directed at women like Letty and Tay) and we saw virtually none of that in S3. There are moments where he will do something ridiclious or stupid that aren't him raging out where he can be funny but it's far less common. If I wanted to hear Fatty yapping about nothing for hours on end I'd watch one of his livestreams that get 50 viewers. Smug, overly self confident Fatty sucks.

Unless it's some random she acquainted while she was on the Tank, this leaves a pretty narrow pool of Damiel, Jimmy, or TJ. Considering her and Damiel aren't really even friends, no way Jimmy would leave his boiler room job to fly halfway across the world on an one-way ticket, I think TJ is pretty much a lock. I give it pretty even odds something will develop between them while he's there because of course it will.

I had no good reason to expect it to be good in any way. Initially I expected it to be more of a documentary thing following his antics as he has been pretty active with going on events and training or whatever. I should have known that it would be his usual scripted trash he's been putting out in recent years.

Chris didn't really leave that much of an impression on me in S3 to be honest. Over time he has transitioned from being one of the Fish to more of a semi-producer role. This was actually very funny in S2 because he came in acting like a hotshot trying to order everyone around and telling them how they ought to play the game, which blew up in his face since the Fish just got sick of his shit and starting messing with him instead of each other like he was constantly evangelising. The image of Chris standing by the basement door seething that the Fish were being "boring as fuck" while covered in condiments never ceases to make me chuckle.
In S3 he was just annoying and high on his own supply, and all that with minimal blowback.

What about being asked "ayo do you squirt a little bit?" among other things. Blade would be an amazing freeloader on the actual FT because at least Sam and Production could tard wrangle him if he tries anything funny.

But for an actual IP2 road trip, Jeff would fight right in with all the RV degenerates.
