He’d almost certainly get denied under B,C,D,E, and maybe G and I. Of course they’d deny him for his finances. If he can’t hold down a cheap apartment he can’t afford to run a brothel. Also, to my recollection, there's a law in Nevada making it illegal for brothel owners to "date" their employees. Apparently set into motion because of all the shit Dennis Hof did to his employees. Feel free to correct me.

It supposedly happened pre-2018 as far as I can tell. I have a feeling it was more like mouthing off to cops in person, probably after they were called to Mona's or Inez's after Greer was kicked out, and then he backed down like he usually does.

It seems to have never happened. I've asked around, and there are no records of this happening at any time from 2013 onwards. Either it wasn't reported, or it was a lie.
