You've got a point. Maybe he's forcing a sale? We don't actually know what the details of that purchase were, whose parents paid the down payment, for all the furniture, etc. aren't they all on the deed? Daniel could have less "equity" as far as the group is concerned, and I mean a third of $500k (about what the house has appreciated on Zillow since they purchased it) is nothing to sneeze at, but if he has to hire a lawyer or lawyers to fight Becky and Jack for custody and/or house proceeds, idk maybe he just decided to wash his hands and walk away?

Or he knows they can't pay the (likely astronomical) mortgage payment each month without him, and with his name still on the deed, he would still get the profits of a sale regardless if he bails now or later. So he leaves, uses his cash to live elsewhere, and then when stuff goes tits up in a few months he can swoop in and collect? I mean Becky can whine he abandoned them, but I feel like this is all just such a cluster fuck because they aren't legally married.

I don't really know very much about real estate law or mortgages beyond my own experience which is just standard homeowner shit. So feel free to correct me if anyone knows more than me.

My reasoning is just that Becky wants to continue to control Daniel and seemed kinda ok with the breakup for a bit before she started flipping out that he was "breaking promises" and not holding up agreements for their post-relationship relationship. Part of that is probably him daring to date other women, but I also think he's leaving the commune. Guess we'll see!

Presumably they bought the mansion as a "family" with the notion that everyone was going to pay for it - Becky, Jackson, SAD, Tranny are all capable of working and paying rent and just simply don't.

There isn't much point paying tons of money for a mansion you can't enjoy (and would have to spend years trying to evict 4 fucking people) - it's not like Daniel needs the space or can possibly leverage the house in any way; it was almost certainly a huge meltdown when he dared to bring a girl over once. I can only imagine bringing normal people over to the absolute fucking zoo of a house it's turned into. Becky being a literal crazy person either medicated to death and melting on the couch or stomping around while terrorizing everyone else in the house. A literal feral child running around in an unsafe house, possibly nude, cone-headed, possibly playing with sex toys. Jackson isn't ever seen, but the sounds of gooning can be heard from a locked office. SAD is shambling around as a ~30 year old man calling Becky "mommy" IRL and there's a Tranny sneaking around in the only scenario to ever exist where the Tranny isn't the most embarrassing thing around.

Pretty clearly this didn't pan out. Becky went from "looking for a job" to "I'm retired" to "I'm retired and actively burning bridges on LinkedIn" - SAD lost his job and just didn't get another, and Jackson finally just got a job (after the breakup) after like ~3 years of mooching. Clearly Daniel has some irrational hope that having a kid would straighten Becky and Jackson out and clearly they're going to just be pieces of shit forever.

Daniel blocked her on BlueSky so I suspect this announcement is also to set BlueSky flying monkeys on him as I'm sure they have some mutuals that know who Daniel is.

Classic tactic to try and draw him back into the drama. He just needs to ignore it and give it no mind.

From high-level searching, it seems likely that Becky, Slugson and Daniel are all on the mortgage. SAD is a renter and Nymphomachy is a leech, along with any other hangers on crashing at Casa de Cuck.

If Daniel is fed up with their shit (and why wouldn't he be), there's basically two options:
- The slug couple buys out Daniel and re-finances the McMansion w/o him
- The McMansion is sold and the proceeds are split

The only way the McMansion stays and Daniel leaves is if Daniel is a madman and is willing to pay the mortgage solo on a house he doesn't live in. Because you better believe none of the slugs are paying a cent to live there if Daniel's name is still on the mortgage (meaning his credit is at risk). Becky is 100% the type to allow a foreclosure to happen so Daniel (the only respectable earner that probably maintains credit well) is tainted and she can cry that a TRANS PERSON IN CRISIS IS BEING KICKED OUT OF THEIR HOME!!!1

So basically, this situation is shaping up for some quality drama.

I think we might be giving Daniel too much credit here, pun intended. We have zero evidence that his credit isn't already destroyed by Becky's habits (likely purchasing weed and tacky dresses ad infinitum on credit cards) and their enormous mortgage. They were all supposedly four months out from Bankruptcy which may be is a Becky exaggeration, but also suggests maybe they don't really have very great financial history. Shocking, I know, since they purchased a hideous McMansion for 1.5 million.

If they have to refinance in Cuckson and Becky's names, she's gonna REEEEE so hard about 2025 interest rates.

Yeah, it feels like the real thing now. When she genuinely thinks she’s lost the guy, she goes into all-or-nothing, burn-the-bridges mode. See also Pregnancy Fetish Guy, PunningPundit or Daniel the first time he tried to leave.

If she’s not worried, she’ll still play it up for drama, but she won’t try to utterly destroy the guy. Just yank his chain by way of a warning. Like when she and Sam have a row.

Hope Daniel’s lawyered up and watching this thread, because she’s definitely going to make a shitload of allegations against him. She’s dusting off that rape allegation even as we speak.

99.9% of the time what I am about to type is a horrible thing to think and say: Some people deserve and/or earned the abuse they receive. (Though in her case 99.9% of it is imagined or done at her own hands.)

The expectation that Daniel should pay for Becky, Jackson and whatever random dick Becky trolls off Fetlife in perpetuity or he is a bad person/not a real father is amazing. 11/10, no notes. Even if they were legally married, there’s no way that would happen. Maybe if there was the worst prenup imaginable.
