I wonder if his college reported him to the police after they found out he was doing roids and kicked him out. If there's a court case, the witnesses might include the staff that found the drugs, which might lead to which college he went to.

He should really go full-blast at this point. Break out the nasty 'roids, HGH, etc... the chances of him making it to 50 are absolutely not in his favor, between the damage to his cardiovascular system, the horrible risk of thromboembolic clots, and the massive increased risk of cancer. Not to mention he is going to look like shit by the time he is 30. The destruction of the HPA axis disrupts normal HGH production as well, without supplementing it, you will shrivel up like a prune. Your collagen levels will crash, your skin will lose its elasticity, etc... not to mention the tremendous increase in the risk of tendon and ligament rupture. He should also consider bisphosphonates to prevent the inevitable osteoperosis from the destroyed HPA. Last thing you want to do is be 35 and need a hip replacement or be 2-3 inches shorter than you are now at 30 because your spine was like someone removing the wrong jenga block. I would also probably suggest backing off on the duasteride a little. It really won't matter how you look if your dick literally stops working permanently.

What @Prokhor Zakharov said, basically. You can’t be cycling with gaba meds and baclofen, these drugs are titrated slowly in real usage.
He’s likely got a massive confirmation bias because of his age - lads tend to get all lanky and tall in their teens and then bulk out in the twenties. Boys grow up and out, girls tend to get a bit bulky then grow (out then up!)

My advice would be to stop taking all of it, eat meat, lift weights and go for run (when it’s all washed out of the system.) he’s going to really do himself some damage.
