I have said this for a while now, he hates playing games at this point. In the beginning he didn't but over the years he has grown to hate it. It's just a job at this point not a hobby turned career. He gets no joy out of it. He's just in so deep now in debt that the prospect of anything else besides what he is doing now is impossible. He would need three jobs to cover his debts and bills at this point. The fact he can wake up in the morning and know he has to plead his case to his viewers and beg for money is insanity to me. I dont know how he can still do it. If only he lived normally, had Leanna move in with him in the condo and fix it up a bit , get rid of his shit littered all over, sell the statues he didnt need, get some nice furniture he could have lived there with her and save his money and build a nice little nest egg. But nope! He rested on his laurels thinking this kind of money would just keep rolling in like it did years ago was foolish. There was no reason two people needed a house and move across the country away from any sort of family or friends. He has no reason to move at that time, he should have banked his money, and did the right thing. But nope, in typical Phil fashion he fucks up and hopes he will be bailed out somehow. The motherfucker lists one of the reasons he moved was for his back when he has done nothing to help it. Oh and, getting loans on his "business" meanwhile if he defaults on those loans guess what they are coming for? He IS the business they are taking all of his shit.
You can tell he is disgusted by video games. One of his only comforts is now a daunting task.

We talked about this before. There's a chance that Phil is that stupid but it's very easy to make whatever you name you want on a Cam Site. So all someone has to do is call them self "DSP" and request a shoutout and link Phil's Twitter.

If Phil's actually registered KO Gaming as a legit business then it all comes down to the shares and what he put through as purchases on the company books.

Using a limited Company your personal exposure can be as little as a single dollar.

The issue then comes down to what else Phil has tried to throw onto the company books to offset taxes. You could write off the tax for a lot of the games and systems he's bought. This can save him a good 10% or so a time for every game bought and every system bought which explains how he can keep buying in games and such. He basically gets a 9-10% discount by writing off sales taxes.

If Phil just pays regular prices from his 'salary' however, those are his personal possessions he chooses to donate and use for business purposes.

So long as Phil isn't stupid enough to say he will meet the companies obligation to debt, Phil could throw however many shares worth of money at the baliffs when they turn up and then laugh his ass off, snorting away because legally all obligations are met.

Know it has been up before, how i found the tweets, yet there was no reaction from his side and s/he came out defending him, hinting it had nothing to do with some account on some cam site.

I enjoy Tevin's videos. He just makes DSP videos to show how insane DSP is, not because he's obsessed or a hater or anything like that. I enjoy his videos more than the SOK stuff.

Twitch won't work for DSP mainly because his number are being artificially inflated because of Zelda. When the hype dies down he will get abysmal views and donations and that just isn't sustainable for the long term. The biggest issue is DSP's age and his financial situation. He's not some 25 year old who can work somewhere else if shit hits fan, he's old and out of work with a mortgage to pay.

Phil has no registered any businesses with KOGaming, Darksydephil, or DSPGaming in the name. The stuff you're saying about shares and sales tax is kind of nonsense.

Shares are irrelevant to business deductions and debt. You can't "throw shares" at a collector.

A $100 business purchase with $10 sales tax is a $110 write off, not a $10 deduction. And it's a reduction of his taxable income, not of his inome taxes.

I don't know where you got this information from.

As for personal liability, even if he has used a corporation to shield himself creditors can still till tap his ass. They can literally request a court order Networks/Twitch/Patreon give them the money instead of Phil. In another situation this could be the county sheriff literally emptying registers at a grocery store.

Duing Prestream: Phil has "evidence" that someone is fucking with his YouTue channel. He cannot reveal this "definitive evidence." But he has now confirmed what apparently "others were telling him for months."

He doesn't want to go any further.

But it probably rhymes with Sadvertiser Funfriendly.

He's playing BotW with the hopes that it'll make as much money as if it were last week.
