the diagnosis he should have gotten is CPTSD but that's not in the DSM so you can't bill insurance
CPTSD is not in the DSM, but PTSD is and that's usually good enough. Psychiatrists will find a way to give you a diagnosis and help you, especially when it comes to insurance. The problem is some people insist on a Special™ diagnosis and psychiatrists tell you to fuck off.
What's the deal with trump giving himself a military parade and instituting martial law?

According to leftoids he's about to do that on April 20th to celebrate Hitler or something.
At this point, I wish a nigga would if only so that these people shut the fuck up.

dude you're talking out your ass, I don't know why pracitioners are unwilling to just give childhood abuse survivors a ptsd diagnosis but they frequently are not.

and nobody insists on a special diagnosis, why would they care? you might be confusing people wanting something other than an ADHD diagnosis for their kid, but that's because you can't get an IEP with just an ADHD diagnosis, or at least it used to be like that, someone chime in who still works in the field.

The other day I couldn't help but overhear two strangers talking about the tariffs with each other in a waiting room. From what I heard neither really had a strong opinion and spoke with the same tone you'd talk about the weather; mostly just conversational fluff. I gotta say, though, it's nice to get a refresher every once in a while that literally nothing about e-politics is real. Be it Xitter, /pol/, Facebook, Instagram, whatever, none of the cancer discourse rears its head in real life. It's all just faggy gossip and grifting. I can't place why, but everyone on the Internet argues like a scorned woman now.

So when you hear normal, composed people talking casually about current events, without trying to twist any new development into a political "win" or suddenly becoming an international trade expert when the "debate" calls for it, it's a great wake up call that there are still people who live in reality.

TL;DR: There is nothing gayer than arguing politics on the Internet.

He's probably going to do a big party for Easter but it coincides with Hitler's and Columbine's birthday.
They're schizo maxing while high on weed.

Yeah, some of these adverse effects look pretty gnarly, but I also didn't know that Zantac also depleted vitamin B12. Increased pneumonia risk, increased liver failure risk, heartrate fluctuations...sure sounds safe, let's get it over the counter NOW
Zantac was recalled due to manufacturing impurities. A lot of drugs can deplete B-vitamins, increase your risk of infections, strain your organs, and so on. They have to list all these potential problems for edge cases - for example, someone with HIV needs to know that a drug could further affect their immune system when a healthy person doesn't have to worry about it. They don't put HIV patients in regular clinical trials. Most healthy people who take the drug as directed do not have any issues.

This is what happened with Yaz and a lot of other birth control drugs: the creators had no clue that obesity would contribute to blood clotting while taking the drug because you can't put obese people in clinical trials. They didn't test for that.
Yeah I def recalled the wtf dude effects
I used to work with a doc who ranted at length about Zantac being OTC, how using it for any length of time totally fucks up your ability to handle stomach acid making you more dependent on it. He also mostly hated statents.

Cool guy, glowed like the elephant's foot, probably worked on bioweapons.

Two terminally online people arguing politics IRL is gayer. People don't feel the need to conceal their power levels anymore but their powers are gay.

WTF doomers? You told me that manufacturing wouldn't be coming back to America:
Source (Archive)
Is that $19M for the whole factory? That's fucking nothing why the fuck aren't they building more? Stupid apps that don't do anything get more funding, a freaking movie spends more than that on one single asshole to play pretend for a couple months. Jesus Christ

I'm very skeptical about the safety of long term use of OTC allergy meds
Zantac is heartburn, but yeah, I've got some various stuffy nose things, my folks had me on benadryl a lot which made me stoned enough that I didn't care if my nose was stuffed at least

These days I go hard on draining my gunk in the morning, NAC and Costco hit-you-all-at-once Mucinex before I shower. You get the gloop out and processed rather than trying to prevent it.

PTSD has a series of criteria for diagnosis that people don't always fit and a treatment plan that might not work for individual cases. Decent psychiatrists take a "less is more" approach because they don't want to misdiagnose someone who then receives incorrect treatment. It could be that a depression or generalized anxiety diagnosis is more accurate for a given case, but I do not know the ins and outs of the person you're talking about. I'm just giving my armchair opinion.

Also, the abundance of munchies makes it clear why certain people care about special diagnoses.
