I wish everyone would stop using science, especially medical research, as a political football. Even if the studies Trump commissions are methodically perfect, they won’t be accepted as evidence based medicine as they come from a biased source. I wish we could move away from any red/blue us/them bullshit and focus on doing good research. And I know that research will show the transition is a bad idea as other well done studies have already shown that. We don’t need politicians wading in as it only deepens the divide and open up good research to not be accepted.

You're not going to get that until TTD. The Cass Review was completely unbiased but because the trannies didn't like the result, they've used every deceitful tactic at their disposal to try and discredit it.

The world cannot heal until trannies are universally treated as the delusional retards that they are.

Men larping in women's sports actually is a policy issue Kermit.

U.S. Department of Education and U.S. Department of Justice Announce Title IX Special Investigations Team

Today, amid a staggering volume of Title IX complaints, the U.S Department of Education (ED) and the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) announce the Title IX Special Investigations Team (SIT) to ensure timely, consistent resolutions to protect students, and especially female athletes, from the pernicious effects of gender ideology in school programs and activities.
The Title IX SIT will streamline Title IX investigations by creating a specialized team of investigators from across ED and Department of Justice offices. The establishment of the Title IX SIT will allow personnel to apply a rapid resolution investigation process to the increasing volume of Title IX cases and also enable ED and the Justice Department to work together to conduct investigations that are fully prepared for ultimate Justice Department enforcement.

“Protecting women and women’s sports is a key priority for this Department of Justice,” said Attorney General Pamela Bondi. “This collaborative effort with the Department of Education will enable our attorneys to take comprehensive action when women’s sports or spaces are threatened and use the full power of the law to remedy any violation of women’s civil rights.” “Today’s establishment of the Title IX SIT will benefit women and girls across this nation who have been subjected to discrimination and indignity in their educational activities,” said Secretary of Education Linda McMahon. “From day one, the Trump Administration has prioritized enforcing Title IX to protect female students and athletes. Traditionally, our Office for Civil Rights (OCR) takes months, even years, to complete Title IX investigations. OCR under this Administration has moved faster than it ever has, and the Title IX SIT will ensure even more rapid and consistent investigations. To all the entities that continue to allow men to compete in women’s sports and use women’s intimate facilities: there’s a new sheriff in town. We will not allow you to get away with denying women's civil rights any longer.”
The Title IX SIT includes:

  1. ED Office for Civil Rights investigators and attorneys•
  2. DOJ Civil Rights Division attorneys•
  3. ED Office of General Counsel attorneys•
  4. ED Student Privacy and Protection Office case workers and an FSA Enforcement investigators

Wow. That is impressive. After only four months in office the Trump Terfs are coming out swinging to right Title IX wrongs. Go get ‘em and Godspeed!

Total Tranny Title IX Death. Fantastic.

To think they designed this entire protocol on making sure feminine boys were pretty and fuckable enough when they grew up, all based on the common troon cope of “If only I’d started younger…” Nah bro, you were always gonna be an ugly freak.

Thousands of kids damaged by actual conversion therapy.
Precisely. The real goal isn't to "save trans kids from suicide," because there's no evidence to support that transition appreciably reduces suicidality. No, the suicide claim is just a post-hoc justification to obfuscate their real rationale, which is that older troons live vicariously through younger troons and want them to transition as early as possible, because they erroneously believe that that will help them "pass" (which it often doesn't anyway). They know that it's a bad look to support sterilizing gay kids for what amounts to purely cosmetic results, so they fudged some numbers and started circulating myths about suicide. But there absolutely are TRAs who have gone mask-off and said that it's mostly about increasing the kid's ability to pass at the cost of damn near everything else, notably their physical health, their ability to every experience at orgasm, and the normal trajectory of their adolescent development.

The problem is that the politicization of formerly neutral institutions has kneecapped the public's ability to trust them. Additionally, there are toxic incentives in scientific publishing that discouraging people from doing the unsexy gruntwork (replications, for instance) in favor of pursuing new research and sometimes even fudging the numbers to reach a headline-grabbing conclusion. No one wants to bankroll a study that just replicates and re-tests an existing one, the entities that fund these things want to see "groundbreaking" work so that they can brag about supporting it. Then you have the file-drawer problem, which we saw an example of in the scandal involving WPATH and John's Hopkins. The institution was basically instructed not to publish research with conclusions that clashed with WPATH's agenda, which basically meant hiding anything with null or negative results in the file drawer. And all that is before you take into account the potential conflicts of interest the authors of the studies may have; many American papers with outcomes favoring medical transition have authors who serve on advisory boards or committees for Pfizer, the company with the largest market share on conjugated estrogen drugs.

"List of countries to flee to".

Waiting for a politician in any country outside America to say "yes, we consider trans people from the US as legitimate asylum seekers and we welcome them to our shores". I mean, sure, I don't follow the politics of every country.

But, there must be one, right?

Don't know if this belongs here, but I actually have friends who have helped legally on this case, so I'll drop what I know and can here. To powerlevel: I live in a bright blue state, but live near a few Conservative strongholds, which is nice because I myself am conservative and it keeps down the insanity. A local school district in 2023 sent around 150+ 5th graders to a Science Summer Camp, but surprise! The Camp changed hands and was now run by a heavily LGBTQ+ company and basically bait and switched the parents, saying it was a "science" camp, but had multiple activities and seminars about gender and sexual identity; ya know, for 5th graders. This got especially dicey as a group of about 10 5th grade girls were given a counselor who identified as "non-binary" and even the camp confessed they place their counselors with students by the "gender they identify with" and not their biological gender. So, this is a big no-no in it of itself, but the giga-hon counselor was also a fucking menace to these girls. Among the things he said to 10-11 girls included but were not limited to: threatening to drag them out of bed by their feet if they did not get up early enough, threatened to pull their braids/hair (for basically no reason), threatened to cut water supplies to the showers if they took more than five minutes, and told the girls to "shut up" even when the girls could hear the girls in the other cabin across the way playing games and giggling. Upon the girls telling other staff members how uncomfortable and what a fucking menace their troon counselor was, they were told to essentially be quiet and not tell their parents. You know where this is going.

Upon returning home, many of the girls appeared shaken and quiet as opposed to their usual bubbly selves, one girl not really talking about her camping experience for 10 days and appearing depressed. Word leaked out quickly, and parents began to talk and compare experiences and decided to confront the school. School district at first denied the allegations, but more rumblings began, and they eventually shot off an e-mail about the camp and openly admitted that the counselors were housed according to gender identity, not biological sex. Despite the outcry, another 300 students were sent to the camp, some horrified parents received the e-mails from the school district with their children already sent and some went personally to retrieve their kids. Parents were outraged, as even though the camp had changed hands, the school district was aware of the new camp's policies and leanings but made no effort to inform the parents.

The parents are still in the process of suing both the school district and the camp, which has lead to hilarious shenanigans such as the camp and the school claiming it was a 1st Amendment right of gender expression for troons to be housed with young, frightened 5th grade girls (the judge threw this out), and at one point, the legal team of the camp forgetting to pay a basic $50 fee for some sort of appeal. Anywho, things are not looking good for either camp or school district, with numbers already being down given the economy and parents pulling their kids from the district, and openly citing this mess as contributing to their removal of their children. I love watching the events unfurl, and as per usual, cannot wait for TTD and TTV. Total Tranny Death & Total TERF Victory.

Wonderful news! Troonery should be banned world wide.

'only do endless gatekeeping' - that was the troon endorsed gold standard of care until fairly recently. Before the early 2010s explosion there were a series of 'steps' in transition that had to be done in order, under a doctor's supervision, with the presumption that the patient should not proceed to the next step unless s/he could demonstrate it was necessary and s/he was healthy enough to handle it. It worked way better than the current system - gatekeeping kept regret rates low and presumption of denial made doctors focus on quality of care over patient volume.

Only a fetishist or a groomer would have a problem with this approach . . . wait nevermind, answered my own question there.

That was my understanding as well. You only go to the "next level" if what you're doing to alleviate the dysphoria doesn't work. Being a zippertit or cutting your dick off was the LAST RESORT.

What the flying fuck happened to that?

It's the same thing as what happened with abortion. When did it go from "safe, legal, rare" to "it's a woman's right (to kill their unborn children)"?

Yeah on paper that's how it supposedly worked, but in reality it has not been that way for far longer than the Obama era start of mass troonouts. There were consent based clinics in various cities back into the late 90s.

A little boy in Australia bounces between two parents, one of whom is convinced he’s a girl and must transition ASAP, and one who says he’s a kid, let him explore himself and the world. The issues were whether the child had gender incongruence/dysphoria and, if so, were puberty blockers in his best interest.

A court has sided with the sane parent, giving him sole responsibility and physical custody, which also means no blockers. It found that the diagnosis of gender dysphoria was not legit - the kid is just a bit fluid. Even if the kid has a legit diagnosis, puberty blockers are not the only reasonable course of action. Watchful waiting is less dangerous.

The judgment is an interesting peek into the family dynamics, and also a bracing boot in the arse for the affirming doctors, including the most prominent gender specialists in the country. Cass gets quoted a lot, and the judge has some fun with the fact the leading expert followed the standard guidance - which she also wrote.

Some basic facts
  • Despite having been treated by the gender squad since 2020, the kid was only diagnosed with dysphoria just before the court case began in 2023, mostly it seems to buttress the mother’s position
  • his mother is isolated, estranged from her parents, and her main social contact is with a support group for parents of trans kids. She thus has a substitute family there.
  • the boy has been surrounded for years by older kids trooning out via this group
  • his mother is rigid in her views and humourless, and also has the kid sleep in her bed, leading to what is politely called enmeshment
  • the father is relaxed about his son wearing dresses (although he notes teasing as a risk) but just wants his kid to have the time to figure stuff out.
Some fun quotes about blockers

[143] Insofar as Associate Professor L opines that “trans people and their families are best placed to know what is in their best interests”, one is left to wonder how that is so, given the complexity of the expert medical evidence adduced in this case. Further, even if that be so, in circumstances where the parents are in disagreement as to what is in the best interests of their child and turn to the Court, it is for the Court to so decide, based on the evidence adduced.

[144] Dr N, in cross-examination, conceded that the side-effects of puberty blockers, even when ceased, are not entirely reversible and include ongoing risks to fertility and bone density, which the child, at this age, could not properly understand or appreciate.

[145] In relation to the possibility of amelioration of the risks to fertility, Associate Professor L gave evidence that, prior to the administration of puberty blockers, a testicular biopsy could be undertaken to extract sperm. However, if puberty blockers are administered before the onset of puberty, as the mother seeks, there may well be no sperm to extract. Faced with that conundrum, Associate Professor L speculated that the biopsy might remove testicular tissue which could be frozen in the “hope” that medical progress might, in the future, enable use to be made thereof for reproductive purposes, in lieu of sperm. That would appear to be entirely experimental, rather than therapeutic, medicine.

None of this appears to have been explained properly to the child, and of course he isn’t old enough to fully appreciate any of this.

Troons be like:

I hate this framing of all or nothing politics, like you have to be pro-heckin’ tariffs to oppose biological men in women’s sports. Of course they don’t believe that, but if they portrayed their opponents fairly, they’d lose this battle a lot faster. Even Le Based Reformed Brianna Wu is doing it.

“Can’t believe they’re withholding Maine’s funding over like 5 kids!” Yeah, I also can’t believe they’re choosing to fuck over every natal female in Maine just to please a handful of mentally ill boys but here the fuck we are.

And here it is.

The end of taxpayer funded troonery for all ages.

"The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is urging states to not use Medicaid funds for gender-affirming care for minors, specifically gender reassignment surgeries or hormone treatments.

“As a doctor and now CMS Administrator, my top priority is protecting children and upholding the law,” Mehmet Oz, the recently confirmed agency head, said in a statement Friday.

“Medicaid dollars are not to be used for gender reassignment surgeries or hormone treatments in minors—procedures that can cause permanent, irreversible harm, including sterilization,” he continued. “We have a duty to ensure medical care is lawful, necessary, and truly in the best interests of patients.” The CMS sent a letter to state Medicaid agencies Friday notifying them of their responsibility to make sure program payments are “consistent with quality of care” and that covered services are in the best interest of the patient.

The letter, signed by CMS Deputy Administrator and Director Drew Snyder, claims both surgery and hormone treatments lack evidence to support that they offer long-term benefits for transgender minors and that these interventions can cause “long-term and irreparable harm.” It adds that some developed countries like the United Kingdom, Sweden and Finland have issued restrictions on the use of puberty blockers and hormone treatments on children."

CMS tells states Medicaid funds cannot be used for gender-affirming care
