I am super late to the party, but I still haven't finished Synth's KCD2 streams. It's not his fault, the game just drags on and on and good lord it's unwatchable for hours on end with how boring it is so I have to watch the streams in short bursts. I can only imagine how miserable actually playing it would be.
Well, anyways, I got to the jewish raid part of the main quest so I can only assume Musa is coming up soon. The jews are exactly what I expected them to be, it's just Vavra's own little fanfic to make himself feel better about not owning that one neo-nazi he wanted to fart on years ago. There is nothing more that needs to be said, the moment this segment was greenlit I think the game died, that and the Musa part. Story was already bad enough until this point and gameplay much worse than the first game, but it would have been somewhat salvageable if there was some semblance of historical accuracy.
Speaking of which, I looked up Steam numbers for the game

Well, well, would you look at that! KCD2 never beat Starfield just like I thought, there is still a nearly 100k peak player lead by Bethesda. For how much KCD2 was shilled and how much goodwill it had vs Starfield before the leaks, you would think it would be the opposite. But no, instead Vavra's poor attempt at propaganda failed and can't even beat the absolute worst turd Todd ever shat out. How pathetic!
Speaking of bethesda turds, the absolutely overrated non-RPG Skyrim, which is 14 years old btw, has almost the exact same player numbers as KCD2 today, 2 months after release. Note that this is just one version of the game, there is also non-anniversary editions of the game, pirated copies no doubt and console players. There is no way that console peasants are playing KCD2 by the tens of thousands still 2 months later, they moved on and the boost the game would get from them is minimal.
There is no other way to put this: Todd wins again. Nobody cares, of course, as I also predicted the game stopped mattering the moment something better came out. Literal flavor of the month slop, let's see if Embracer will be so willing to spend more money on another mediocre flop!
