Dave Brian Muscato / Danielle Tatiana Muscato / Danielle Brian Muscato - Half-Assed Trans Activist, Fully Arrested, Rape Appropriator, Currently Trying to Extort His Parents

Only because it hides those soulless dead shark eyes.

The cartoon gives him a nice smile and kind eyes. Very unlike the real world Dave who is a barely controlled psychopath with a dead glassy stare of something inhuman.
Yeah, the Ghibli style has an uncanny ability to make even the most depraved shit look wholesome.

That is so retarded.

That shows how little he understand of his condition that he is just learning this now. It also shows that the modalities that he has tried to alleviate his back pain have been very, very limited. Limited mostly to being a whiny bitch.

Is he really offended by "ritardando" or is he just virtue-signaling?
He may actually feel uncomfortable saying homophones of no-no words. It reminds me of a philosophy class I had, we read “Structure of Scientific Revolutions” and some dipshit guy would intentionally mispronounce Kuhn’s name because he could not bear to utter the sound of “coon.”

The left is great at brainwashing themselves to literally fear words and ideas and need to be told what is ok to think. I say this as someone raised extremely left/progressive who has recognized this in the people around me, I’m not just flinging shit at the “other side.”

Wonder how he'd handle reading aloud a passage containing the word "niggardly"? (lol)

Also kinda telling that the racial slur is the first place his mind goes when he hears the word "coon". 🤔 (I'd assume they were talking about the animal without additional context)

All terribly easy things to say without any proof provided.

People who are actually this intelligent, and scored like this on standardized tests at an early age, never bring it up, especially at 40 years old. It would just be seen as pathetic. Plus, if Dave really was this intelligent, it would be hard to explain why he failed out of college, twice.

It's just a form of "humble brag"
He's really super duper smart, but the tests don't really mean anything as only cis white straight dudes do well on them.

As someone who was showered with genuinely prestigious accolades as a child and well into my college years, I find it ineffably cringey when someone feels the need to let people know he's in MENSA, or allegedly tested in the top percentile. These things are not so elusive that a reasonably intelligent person can't make a rough estimate of a person's approximate IQ (there is no such thing as 'true' IQ, obviously; it's just an attempt to assign a practical measurable value to something imprecise). I know damn well that in conversation, anyone with enough knowledge of the topic will be able to discern that my IQ is in the upper 130s. To say it out loud -- to insist on its recognition -- betrays a lack of confidence in one's capacities. I find the idea of imposter syndrome to be something of a joke: I can't relate, because I know what my strengths and weaknesses are. I know I never have to worry about not being perceived as exceptionally intelligent. It's not something I have to insist on. I am actually genuinely frustrated by the way my intellect overshadows my other qualities, and I resent being recognized by so many people for only one quality, which isn't a humblebrag; it's painful. It's so obnoxious seeing these moderately intelligent people (often professionals or in their vicinity) act like they are these profound geniuses. My true IQ is 75, I'm a retard among retards okay too much Adderall bye

Giving a 6-year-old an IQ test would indicate developmental difficulties were suspected, no?

I suppose the Doctors Muscato could have been trying to get him into a gifted program to keep him together with Andy and, as Dave sat there eating paste while Andy whizzed through a puzzle book, the school decided a little quantitative evidence would be needed for their decision.
