The guy that named She-Ra said he is older than 50 (maybe jokingly), and is talking about getting his nuts removed, so likely not a minor.

Bluey is a thing with some troons, particularly the "puppygirl" types. Lou hopefully just enjoys the cartoon.
How does a 50+ year old man have his “first cartoon crush” be on a cartoon that is less than a decade old…unless he is trying to pal around with far younger people.

Lou just doesn't wanna. He has all the time in the world, no IRL obligations, but he doesn't wanna.
Honestly surprised it took this long just to lose a little toe. He probably has permanent neuropathy by now which will mean he won't even be able to feel it the next time a toe (or the whole foot) goes bad, and when you get that, it's incredibly important to pay close attention to your feet. He's too fucking fat even to see his feet, though, and too lazy and stupid even to bother.

So it's going to be one toe after another, eventually a foot, eventually some cascading series of failures and then he dies fatly and stupidly.

She-Ra goes all the way back to the '80s. It's a He-Man spinoff.

Doctor Who philosophy.
Lou chooses to be a footless fatass who sometimes wears dresses, evolving into a trans death statistic before the age of 45.

Yeah, like AnOminous says, She-Ra is a reboot of an older cartoon. iirc she was one of HeMan's friends, and got a "girl show" spinoff that was basically just HeMan with a horse and slightly more gay dudes. Apparently the cat lady OP is horny for is the one in red, far left, below:

She-Ra aired forty years ago, so a 50-something year old man would have been about the right age to get his first ladyboner to her. It wasn't a show for adolescents, though - he would have been in middle school, watching a cartoon designed for preschoolers, which is par for course for trannies and furries but still worth pointing out.

(tranny in question might also be in his forties, and have had a "childhood" crush on the cat woman, idk)

That I know I question how the specific version of Catra from the new reboot is his first cartoon crush. If he’d referred to the old show it’d still be weird but at least make more sense.
Well, it could have been the original version of the character, although the reboot one seems to be one of the more common pfps troons have.

Piggybacking on @JaneThough ‘s comments about Catra, while I’m sure that Lou was aware of the original 80s She Ra, it only got very popular with troons when the SJW heavy reboot with the Catra he likes first aired. It has a Brony 2.0 like following among them and older Tumblr SJW types. Similarly, Lou only likes the Friendship is Magic iteration of My Little Pony despite the originals airing when he was in elementary school. And Bluey has replaced Paw Patrol as the furry/tranny baby show favorite… Much like with his Linux obsession, everything he currently claims to like is part of the Tranny Stereotypical Interest Starter Pack.

He also found his orchi consult letters and his Apple pencil.

The toe amputation did absolutely nothing to scare him about his physical health. How unsurprising. There have been some nasty rotting orchi sites on the SRS horrors thread despite castration being one of the more medically established transition procedures. Bluey pajamas. Surprised they make them in adult sizes.
Bro I love you but you gotta take a recon mission to Walmart. These aren't pajama pants; once you get to Lou's size these are every day including church and your court hearing pants.

More seriously: those are PJ or lounge pants, and target audience is the plus-size moms of children who like Bluey. The moms themselves may have Stockholmed themselves into fandom.

what I know about Bluey: puns, Australia, much less awful than Peppa, Sexualobster/Greasy Tales is on the crew.

Lou lost a metatarsal (IIRC) a couple of years ago, in similar circumstances. It sounded like osteomyelitis, but that's data through the Lou Filter. Lost non-toe bone doesn't signify to Lou, I think, because after they took the VAC off it's not visible to him, and like you said, his feet are without feeling, just bags of insensate meat holding crumbling bones in strange, new configurations.

Lou begged for expensive orthopedic shoes, but never posted pictures/complained about them, so it's likely he just bought furry commissions and computer peripherals instead.

People do not give feet the credit they deserve; they're what you walk around on, maaan. There are a lot of fine adjustments and feedback, and they're the furthest outpost of the nervous system and first to have the lines of communication fall. Lou is a pedestrian and he's putting a lot of weight on those feet, but he only wears $12 Walmart shoes.

The purpose of orthopedic shoes/orthotic insoles is to help keep the feet foot-shaped, help shore them up against changes in shape that precede Charcot Foot in an unmanaged diabetic. Lou can't plan for future consequences; he's not going to pay a copay for something that doesn't have a USB port or giant tits.

My theory (please imagine "memory palace" graphics swirling around):
  • Troon got horny for She-Ra characters as a young person in the 1980s. Times were rough.
  • Troon remains horny for same She-Ra characters, either for 40 years straight or was reminded of them by the She-Ra reboot.
  • Troon posted Catra from the reboot because that's the image he has handy, possibly the most publicly-presentable one in his special folder.

I am constantly amazed that none of these unwashed diabetics who live in squalor get Fournier gangrene from their elective genital surgeries, while random nice, clean, ambulatory grandpas go from "pimple" to "wound VAC, central line, dolphin testicles" in 32 hours.

It's Fournier vs Charcot with Lou, unless he manages to give himself hyperglycemic hyperosmolar state with pasta.

PANTS DETECTIVE UPDATE

Good lord, those are Men's pants, and 2xl at max. Assuming Lou bought them at Walmart, of course.

They do have Bluey pants in Women's, but Walmart is being cagy about posting how many inches each size actually is again. Unknown how a 3xl Women's compares to 2xl Men's. Target audience is still moms of kids who like Bluey, just these are the cheap pajama pants they buy for their husbands.

Also it turns out lounge pants are "sleep pants," the same way we woke up one day and "rouge" became "blush" and "programs" became "apps."

Lou just admitted where the money he was grifting for so desperately went, he got himself "a nice Easter gift--the 14th Doctor's sonic screwdriver."

There's a plastic one on Amazon for $40.
Just more to be lost in his hoard of used mac books, furry comics, katchup bottles, and toes.

In my decades on this Earth, I have assiduously avoided all things Dr Who.
So.
This is a plastic toy. I looked at it on Amazon. What is it's purpose?
Does it do anything? Or is it just plastic tat to be displayed or
does it have rectal purpose?
And, BTW.
Fuck you, Shield. Lous gets all the good toys.
