Most of my friends have greened out at least once in their lifetime so maybe it's a product of where I grew up but I really like Adam and the Chaotic Good energy he has. Cory and Dingdong are the only members that have ruined episodes for me, but there are plenty more where I enjoy them. Maybe I'm too NPC-brained to get riled at them.

There would be moments where he reads Youtube comments before recording and it gets to him, so he's whiny and defensive, saying shit like "well I was gonna make a joke or talk about the game but you don't like it so I guess I woooon't" and he just whines for a bit. I remember this happening during the Crash 3 playthrough, and a few Kingdom Hearts episodes.

He has had some episodes where he was too grumpy to be funny. Like some moments during the YIIK playthrough where he was unironically missing the point and assuming everything weird about the game was unintentional. I think he increasingly came off as a know-it-all (he does have an autistic amount of knowledge about old games but when talking about modern game dev he's a dunning-kruger)

It took them over 8 years, but they finally realized KH1 proud mode is well designed and they just sucked at the game. Shame they dont like KH2, but that game is only at its peak on post-game

I remember there was a point in the Pokemon Red playthrough where Ding Dong gets really spergy because he realized someone deleted Leech Seed. So he couldn't do the Leech Seed + Toxic combo glitch (basically the whole reason he made Chris pick Bulbasaur). They go through a lot of effort to try and do it with another Pokemon. That combo isn't even that good, frankly.

Did he get so broke by the current events going on that he's just losing it? Stream is almost up to 12 hours now, and I swear everytime he's about to talk about game dev discussion or interesting game topics, he goes right back to it.

It's been like this for other streams recently too.

He's locked himself in his house since the split with OneyPlays. He probably actually thinks his neighbors are going to kick in his door and kill him and Julian at any moment.

Isolation does crazy shit to people. The guys on OneyPlays hang out together, socialize with different people, go out hiking, go to the gym, hit the bar... What does DingDong do? 12+ hour video game streams where he dumps his traumas and obsessions to a voiceless chat. He's setting himself up for a serious mental break.

The Oneyplays channel was literally subbed to Mister Metokur when you could still see that. I wouldn't put it past them that it was also subbed to MDE before it was nuked.
