What's the lore reason behind 4chan filtering cuck and soy?

Lots of spam, basically like how tranny nowadays is pretty much always mentioned at least once per thread, Cuck and Soy were the same, so much so they stepped in and made it into a word filter

It turns out they keep track of email hashes to autoban people that got banned with a verified email. Pretty disingenuous since the FAQ clearly says it will be purged after verification.
