I was really looking forward to the omnibussy, (and it may still happen as we are firmly situated in Clown World where rules do not apply), but I'm tickled that the killshot could likely be a filing in which Mr Hardin had to say 'Russtard' multiple times.

Mr Hardin has completely decimated whatever scintilla of an argument Shitlips thought he had. At long last, the amendment of the complaint has completed the connection of the drool-saturated ouroboros.

Although, I honesty wouldn't put it past Greer to try and amend his complaint to include someone who is long since dead.
If you don't call bullshit in the proper places, Hardin honestly would need to depose a decomposing Steve Taylor.

And even then, Russel would have weaseled out of it. "Hardin requests planar fare for Master Necromancer Malkoran from Skyrim." "REDUCED, THE NECROMANCER MAY FLY COACH"

And hitler. Ouija boards, time machines, and Hitler. This suit is going places.
You could make a pretty decent movie about this.

"They thought he was dead. They thought he couldn't come back. They never believed he would sue. This summer, easy-going RV lawyer Matthew Hardin will face off against the Ultimate Evil in Greerposting: The Case From Hell. Starring Josh Brolin as Matthew Hardin, Jessie the Wonderdog as Joshua Moon, Cheech Marin as Russel Greer, and Daniel Radcliffe as Adolf Hitler."

How do we feel about these filings prior to the omnibus?
I think these filings are going to make the omnibus amazing to witness. We are going to see Russell silently seethe like never before.

I wish Hardin could have used Russell's settlement offers as proof he doesn't actually care about copyright. It's pretty obvious when he says he'll drop the case if josh makes it so no one on kiwi farms can ever say anything about him at all ever again. But I'm not a lawyer so i assume Hardin had a good reason.

He did in his motion to screen the complaint:
