Something interesting happened on Burt's stream last night. First of all, in the top left where the donation goal is, there was a message that said "Burt is on house arrest, court date coming up soon" or something close to that. When the chat asked about it, Burt said it was between him and his attorney. At the end of the stream, Burt's chat tricked him into googling "Stephen Alexander Bernard mugshot" (he forgot that was Alex B's full name). Burt looked it up and started reading into the arrest record and something he read there made him terrified. He looked concerned at the camera and asked "how did you find out about this stuff?" before abruptly deciding to end the stream. He IMMEDIATELY privated the VOD when the stream went down which is something he never does.

@Blackstar was able to dig up this which describes an Auto-Negligence-Personal Injury Case. The name and county point it to being Burt. That Case, however, was dismissed with prejudice so I don't think it's related but still interesting.

He didn't find Alex's records himself in google and asked for a link through a google docs? In Fishtank adjacent news, the British celebrity edition of Big Brother is back on and I've been watching it with my wife in the Fishtank void. It's honestly pretty tame but being the biggest international version of the format it's interesting to compare the two. Same premise of 24 hour livestreams and locked in a house with no outside contact.

Anyway, last night they evicted someone and it shows you how far away Fishtank is from something normies will go for. One of the contestants is Mickey Rourke while the rest are faggy British people with JoJo Siwa on top. Mickey already joked about corrective rape to Siwa which got him a warning, but he was ejected by production for squaring up to another housemate who was staring at him, calling him a cunt and threatening to lay him out. I wonder how closely production watch it if they're commenting on it, looking for ideas or seeing what does/doesn't work. It's a totally different audience if you ask me so I doubt it, but it's interesting they're keeping an eye on the 'competition'.

I doubt they watch it at all, the Mickey Rourke stuff was being posted in all of the fishtank spaces and that's probably how they found out,

I want to see more non-freeloading guests like the puppet guy.

Have some unsuspecting woo hippy lady do the fish's star charts. Guest bartenders in an array of different personalities and characters. Set someone up as a podcaster doing a fake podcast episode one day and interview the fish, make the whole thing super goofy and bombastic with a soundboard like Redbar, have tons of problems with the equipment and tech. Bring Cominos back one afternoon for a boring business seminar that becomes funny like with Jon or sets up story moments like with Vance.

The moment with the puppet guy (Kevin Driscoll was his name right?) doing his shtick to Burt who is freaking out in the bathroom was one of the funniest moments in season 3. I would love to see more unsuspecting normies brought into the tank in non-freeloader positions like this.
