The second list is so retarded, it is hard to quantify the level of stupidity involved if someone actually took what is suggested. It also makes little sense. You have a mix of 2 GABAergic drugs that are downers, 3 anti-seizure meds that are also downers, but then you have amphetamine which is an upper, and memantine, which amplifies cholinergic activity, which is an upper. Mixing these types of drugs together defies any logic. Anyone that knows pharmacology would look at that second list and be like "WTF is this nonsense?"

The frequent mention of anti-seizure meds makes me wonder if he had a family member with seizures, or their most common alternative use is for bipolar disorder, that he is either bipolar or has a close family member with that condition. Valproate is a very odd choice. It's a drug no one would take unless they had to. What's funny is that if he ever took valproate while using steroids the chances of irreversible liver damage are dramatically amplified. Valproate is very tough on the liver, and just by itself can actively damage the liver and even lead to liver failure. Lamotrigine is quite similar. No one would ever want to take it unless they had to. In particular it has one of the higher chances of triggering Steven-Johnson syndrome (this is the one where you skin just peels off your body, both outside and inside). I would think that Looksmaxxing really falls apart if all your skin melts off and you experience multi-organ system failure, but what do I know.

The seizure meds, along with the pregabalin, and the lorazepam, would just make you rather retarded, in the literal sense of the word. Stacking those altogether would substantially slow down neural communication, and hence your reaction time, recall, processing capabilities, verbal acuity, and just about every other cognitive activity. Each one of those would take a slice off your IQ while you are under their influence. Taking them altogether at those dosages one would be lucky not to just sit their and drool on themselves. The amphetamine is just going to keep you awake and stop you from slipping into a coma, it's not going to restore the cognitive capacity lost under the influence of the rest of those meds. I'm thinking that's why the memantine is included. Increasing the cholinergic tone would help keep the person awake under the influence of the rest of this shit, and also help mitigate a small fraction of the cognitive dulling effects of the other medications, so one wouldn't seem quite as retarded. I'm rather doubtful someone would be more than minimally functional under this combination of crap. But, if one is fishing for gutter whores to fuck, I doubt one needs more than a minimally functional brain.

I get a strange feeling that this kid, likely as a result of coming from familial money and success, developed an inferiority complex relative to his successful family members (and likely some of his peers). He likely didn't have enough brain power to be the smartest, nor enough athletic prowess to be the fastest/strongest, and he had no special skills so he wasn't exceptionally talented. So, despite being smart, athletic, and probably successful at various other things, he wasn't "the best" in any particular category, and its likely that people in his family (and his peer group) were only acknowledged when they were #1 since other levels of success were mundane among high achievers. The one thing he may have had was being fairly good looking, even among other members of his family and friends. So, inevitably, this was his focus, and he put every spare ounce of energy, as well as his self-worth, into being the undisputed best looking among them all. It was also likely an area where he felt he could obtain insight and knowledge that others wouldn't have, thus giving him a platform where others would seek out his advice, which would make him feel valued and interesting. However, just like with any unbalanced single minded focus, his desire to achieve what he wanted turned into an obsession, which eventually led to his distorted perspective, not only his "ends justify the means" attitude, but also his inability to recognize the limits of his own understanding of the various subjects he wished to pontificate upon. He eventually fell so far down the rabbit hole of his own delusions and desires that he lost all perspective and was unable to see by all reasonable outside observers that what he was doing was completely ridiculous, not to mention criminal, hence why he was expelled from university.

Unfortunately, at this point, he has sacrificed literally just about everything of value in his life, his educational prospects (and thus also his future employment potential), his relationship with members of his family, etc... He has given up so much in pursuit of his delusional belief that his entire self-worth is tied up in his appearance that I don't see him potentially correcting course until he has hit literal rock bottom. I don't see that happening for quite some time, if at all.
