They somehow haven't yet grasped that just because they think they're men/women, that doesn't mean that anyone else is following in lockstep or is ever likely to be. Even their so-called allies, who shout affirmations and approval from the rooftops, will swerve actually putting their money where their mouth is when the chips are down because it is (and has always been) nothing more than performative self-serving bullshit.

No woman would want a pooner over a real man and no man would want a troon over a real woman. It doesn't matter how much they stamp their feet, argue semantics, invoke pseudoscience or try to gaslight their way around it- that is the way the world works and it always will be. That’s a story as old as time itself, just with a new modern insult and no family safety net. Close GF bonds often get strained when one GF gets a new (and different!) prospective BF that doesn’t meet the other’s expectations.
