I don’t think Sam Hyde fans would care at all, they already know about Marky. Ian probably knew about Marky before the doc, he knew about the donation in Sam’s name to the neo Nazi thing or whatever and he wouldn’t even ask him about that in person. You don’t weakly ask a man to leave you alone publicly to seven million people then drag it back open after he kept his word without killing any sliver of dignity you have left. You just go get a normal fucking job.

It doesn’t matter if Ian talks about Marky, he’d need a lot more than the same shit we’ve all seen. He’d come across as shitty by addressing it without her consent and not very feminist at all. She may never want to be involved in the Sam Hyde universe again. Ian could only do minimal damage to Sam’s brand with some fence sitter normies who know him for his Ted talk. Sam’s going to be vetted for any professional opportunities no matter what so Marky and everything else that would offend people would be found quite easily. No need to dig through forums or watch an idubbbz video. Plus, if Ian gets anything wrong or Marky doesn’t consent he could be opening himself up to litigation. Marky is a super touchy subject for Sam so that would be war.

The only smoking gun he could have is if Marky herself came forward and was part of it and added more context, confirmed allegations, etc. If Ian goes after Sam over Marky, I guarantee Sam is finding every piece of dirty laundry on Anisa and Ian and they know it. It would be the worst time because Sam is the most popular he’s ever been now. Who knows what shit Anisa’s sister has already told him. Yes. Sarra Jomha.
