I've made this point before, but this is one of the strangest things about Lucas to me. All the Jews in Lakewood complain about how the massive influx of other Jews into Lakewood and the neighboring towns is ruining everything - traffic, public finances, housing prices, cost of living - but Lucas never complains in the slightest about any of that or tries to weaponize it to turn his fellow Gentiles against the jew. It's like Lakewood doesn't exist in his mind and the issue Ocean County goyim should be losing sleep over is him getting sent free pizza.

I wouldn’t overthink it. Angelo is just fucking stupid and thirsty like the rest of his fellow travelers. It ain’t that deep.

I have spent some time in Lakewood and was v impressed by all the programs for non-Jews and Jews to get to know each other. Together they have really helped chip away at any tension over the last few years as they collaborate on initiatives that benefit everyone in Lakewood.

For example the Neighbors Project hosts town hall sessions where non-Jews can grill Jews about whatever they want. Those have gone really well, I think because the non-Jews were surprised that all of their questions are welcomed and respected.

This has led to offshoots like The Unity Project, which runs events like craft nights at the library and challah bakes where Lakewood non-Jews learn to make challah from Lakewood Jews while getting to know each other. Covid-related constraints led to a community garden project for everyone, which was safer as an outdoor endeavor. Lakewood’s mayor advocated for the garden and the township gave the group a plot of land for the Common Grounds garden that they not only cultivate and maintain together, but is also always open for anyone to pick produce and flowers. The same nonprofit that organizes the garden, One Ocean County, puts all of the bridge-building efforts under one umbrella. They have hosted fall festivals for almost 1000 people and also collaborate on events like an annual Super Bowl Party for the homeless and otherwise needy.

Running all of these projects together has made a lot of progress in eliminating some of the tension between the two communities. There is still work to be done but there is a momentum behind the peace and genuine friendships that have already resulted. I’ll be curious to see how these things continue to unfold, not least because losers like Angelo get so mad when people get along.

It’s pretty much a meme derived from “Everytime!” You have to understand the brown and neo Nazi mindset online just imagines the Jews as a malignant force like a spirit or demon who’s whole existence just acts as a corrupting force around it at all times. This force can magically be reduced or decline if you continually “Name the Jew”. Honestly the whole thing soured tasteful noticing and antisemitism as a whole because these types just can’t stop and will constantly do it with zero thought about anything else because obviously the Jews are behind it.
