And he frequently streams with a zoomed in high res camera so that we can all get a good look at it.
It is the primary reason I never watched his streams before I knew he was a retard.

Lawtube has a serious retard epidemic, weird how most of the female lawtube content creators still have reasonably successful channels still and have not sperged out yet or participated in lolcow behavior.
I remember Rekieta suggesting that Legalbytes was the worst lawtuber. And to be fair, Legalbytes is bland as fuck. But recently, I watched one of her videos to learn about a case. Rekieta hasn't posted any law content worth watching in years.

Different content for different people. I only watch Andrea Burkhart's summaries of cases these days. Watching full court streams is just tedious as fuck and I'd rather have a competent summary of the case, relevant law and caselaw, than an entertainer getting wasted on stream talking over competent lawyers with decades of combined experience.

Nick did a good job showing people what competent legal commentary looks like, by portraying the polar opposite.

Probably because they don't have a massive chip on their shoulder like a lot of the guys, but more because they aren't willing to burn their entire lives down just because some 40yo dude with a beer gut sends them a photo of his shrivelled up dick.

But for someone to focus on that kind of topic like megan, i cant help but think that she is probably a psychopath. Just my opinion though.

Megan frequently breaks down in tears over the heartbreak of CPS cases. That's not psychopathic behavior, but I understand the wrath against her ITT at the moment.

The letter from Megan does not surprise me. She's fiercely loyal. She was a protégé of Rush Limbaugh. He was her hero.

She enjoys covering cases that are: 1) Ignored/misreported by MSM; 2) Women are to blame; Heard, Laura Owens, the Maya case (most of the hospital professionals who medically kidnapped Maya were women), various CPS cases.

I rarely watch her anymore, but overall, I'd argue that her content is generally noble. Most of us would agree that there needs to be far more accountability, transparency, and disinfecting sunlight in the family court system, where many criminal actions by women occur, and fathers are often treated unfairly.

What's incredibly frustrating is that Nick is Exhibit A for the need for more CPS transparency. Meanwhile, she probably rages about the MNPublicRecords leak. If true (I don't believe she's addressed it), that's unmitigated hypocrisy.

Even more ironic is that if we had all the CPS records about the Rekieta home, there's a small chance that Nick would appear a tiny bit better. The big unknown in this entire saga is The Kayla Question: Why did Kayla face a more severe charge for neglect? How addicted and incompetent was she as a parent? Did she dose the 8-year-old, or worse? Has she undergone a psych evaluation? Has Nick? What are the results?

I try not to hope but man it would be funny if we get a MANdy revelation out of this investigation. I don’t know what or how and am not making any claims or predictions. Just saying it would be a nice reward for us having to know that Nicholas Rekieta gave his small child cocaine.
"In a surprising twist, it is revealed that Aaron is actually Mandy."

Explains everything.

Really? A vast majority of lawyers struggle with substance abuse issues? According to the American Bar Association on Lawyer Assistance Programs, 21% of lawyers are considered 'problem drinkers' (a mealy mouthed, somewhat meaningless term that generally just means somebody who drinks more than the recommended weekly intake.) 9% of lawyers have an issue with prescription drug misuse. Less than 6% admit in a confidential survey to having used cocaine, crack or other illicit stimulants.
A majority is anything over 50%. When I read "vast majority", I think "75%". Damn, maybe we should abolish all lawyers.

Megan's journalistic integrity at work.

There is another issue regarding the hacking. Around November, I seem to remember Balldo and Ralph both threatening Elissa Clips about having her nudes. Here is a post from November 2024 referring to it.

In an odd way, the other thing what they are doing sounds like its threatening that the same thing that happened to Claire might just happen to Elissa Clips. Nothing to prove that, but its the same people involved and a very similar threat.

Megan's journalistic integrity at work.
Kill journalists. Behead journalists. Roundhouse kick a journalist into the concrete. Slam dunk a journalist baby into the trashcan. Crucify filthy journalists. Defecate in a journalists food. Launch journalists into the sun. Stir fry journalists in a wok. Toss journalists into active volcanoes. Urinate into a journalists gas tank. Judo throw journalists into a wood chipper. Twist journalists heads off. Report journalists to the IRS. Karate chop journalists in half. Curb stomp pregnant journalists. Trap journalists in quicksand. Crush journalists in the trash compactor. Liquefy journalists in a vat of acid. Eat journalists. Dissect journalists. Exterminate journalists in the gas chamber. Stomp journalist skulls with steel toed boots. Cremate journalists in the oven. Lobotomize journalists. Mandatory abortions for journalists. Grind journalist fetuses in the garbage disposal. Drown journalists in fried chicken grease. Vaporize journalists with a ray gun. Kick old journalists down the stairs. Feed journalists to alligators. Slice journalists with a katana.

x2, but sub journalists for "people who dose their kids".

Her directly addressing it would run contrary to her and Nick's interests because it would draw more attention to the fact that leak happened. It would undermine the narrative she wants to run with. That he's a great father, blah blah blah.

All I know is she was on YouTube with TUG discussing Nick's arrest and crying about how awful the Farms is.

(BTW, the earliest time I could find she did that following Nick's arrest is linked in this post from @mindlessobserver here).

As if the Farms had anything to do with Nick having 27 grams of coke, or neglecting the care of his children enough to where outside people (none here) expressed concern to the authorities.

Now some of her ire against this site might be a residual effect from her earlier dust up with Null, but the following month the MNPublicRecords thing happened. That was the Farms doing what she purportedly does and advocates for. Exposing a CPS case to sunlight.

Did she change her tune? No. In fact, am sure she was furious at Null for that one too considering that he rebuffed Nick's shower call attempts to get it taken down. She's still obliquely bitching about the Farms in her letter to the judge.

I can't stand "journalists" like her. She's like fucking Andrew Cuomo. "Nobody is allowed to to talk about the DNC e-mail leaks... but I am because I am a journalist."

Translation: "If this has to be discussed, it can only be discussed with the proper spin that I will now apply."

Fuck that.

I will refrain from joining the chorus of people here that say she's looking to fuck Nick or become his next "side piece," but I will say she is a hypocrite and a committed Balldoguard.

Even more ironic is that if we had all the CPS records about the Rekieta home, there's a small chance that Nick would appear a tiny bit better.
You're dreaming. If there was anything in that case file that was beneficial to Nick, he would have dropped it by now. Instead, he had it sealed.

And no, he's not doing it to protect Kayla. He'd throw her under the bus to save his own ass or accomplish one of his goals.

Megan should never be allowed to live down the fact that she sided with an abusive and neglectful father rather than having his kids’ backs. Writing this insane letter to the judge should be for her what dosing his small child will always be for Nick: a shameful act of cruelty that defines the irredeemable wickedness of the person who committed it.

Y'know what, in some past life, once upon a time, I was 100% convinced that Freud was a fraud just coming up with copes for his own perversions, but it finally took an introduction to the Balldoverse to realize that just this once, just this once, that whole "Oedipus Complex" thing might have been on to something. Just this once, and never again.
It takes a motherfucker to know a motherfucker it would seem. On that topic, when Nick returns to streaming in a couple of days (:optimistic:) he should have Chris-Chan as his cohost to accelerate the merge.

Have Barnes and Viva also resolved to Balldoguard to the end?
They straight up lied about the case with some type of constitutional angle, as Barnes always does, and Frei just kept nodding his head like a 10$ hooker behind the Denny's of Nick's unfunny jokes.

I mean ever since the Franks hearing was denied and Barnes' cope about an invalid warrant got BTFO'd. Is he still sticking with that?

I was referring to the stream before the Franks hearing. They have both gone quiet after that.
I think they did both mention Nick again in at least one stream, but it was just silly "he cannot tell the real story" bla bla bla cope garbage.

Not that anything substantive ever comes our of either of they mouths.

I remember being told Kyle Rittenhouse's legal team were intentionally throwing the case after they told Barnes to fuck off. Turns out he tried to commandeer the whole case.

I hated how Nick brought him on during the trial. Everything he said was salt and sour grapes about getting kicked off.

@Captain Manning (quoting is still not working for me)

Maybe. I assume Nick and Kayla have so much damaging information on each other that they've made a doomed pact to keep it quiet. There's no reason this marriage would have survived otherwise.

Btw, on that topic, this kind of comment keeps cropping up in YT comments (this is from Elissa's channel). Probably a rumor, but who knows?

Barnes went largely quiet after Nick ended up taking a plea.

People on Twitter gave him shit, and his little Igor, Viva, was all like "Nuh uh! Barnes was 100% right!" I assuming there was lots of blocking from him on Twitter as well.

retardviva.webp
Absolutely delusional.

Then, on Laid Back Law, Viva briefly participated in a discussion about Aaron's case.

$50.

Last I checked, both of them were going in hard on defending Andrew Tate. Which, God willing, will also end in disaster.

Viva is a thin skinned imbecile who believes everything Master Barnes tells him, and you should NEVER bet on Barnes.
