How about the fact his wife claimed that he was a violent threat to her and filed for a protection order? He was determined to be an MS13 Gang member in two separate court hearings by two separate judges. He didn't file for asylum when he got here. He only filed for asylum when they threatened to deport him. The judge violated the law and granted him an indefinite stay on his deportation despite everything listed above. They granted him de facto citizenship which is not within that judge's power and Trump has the final say to defy that order. Stays on deportation are only allowed to be temporary. There is no such thing as an indefinite stay on deportation but that's what the faggot judge did anyway. Trump and Customs Immigration Services has every legal power to wipe their ass with the judges stay and deport him anyway because the law already gives them that power.

On a side note, his wife is a fucking cuntbag trying to milk the story for money. 3 years ago he's a danger to her family and threatening to violently end her life. Now he's an excellent father? She's either getting paid to say this or was lying 3 years ago. My bet is that she's lying now because there's no consequence to not lying now for a quick buck.
