I agree, and why is the nanny quitting this huge "turning point" in their lives.
NarcanNigger, net a new nanny? There's this thing called hiring agencies Nick, you can have them scout a new one for this shocking concept called "commission", you fucking cheapskate.
Isn't Nick fucking out of a job anyway? Can't he spend some hours of his day just doing shit?

Jesus, Nicks dad really is an enabling cuck. That said, if this sentencing stands it's a lot harsher than I thought they'd go for, I guess those letters pleading on Nicks behalf didn't do shit.

Nick deserves much, much, much worse but if he actually has to go to jail for 28 days, picks up garbage for 80 hours and is on the hook for up to 5 years if he breaks the law again then that's more than I expected from a cucked state like Minnesota. Unless his bullshit lawyer succeeds in lowering the probation to 12 months, but I doubt he'll manage to do that.

You all think this is a massive own. I on the other hand bet that Nick was salivating at the thought of living out his dreams in prison, the only thing it would be missing is coke and whiskey.

Some nigga would have made bank smuggling it to the Balldo, but he'll just be sitting in a single moldy buttfuckville jail with no friendly Tyrones to give him the toilet liquer and ass-smuggled nose candy he craves.

Jail maybe the worst for him, it will be a deprivation cell to him. Plus as others pointed out, community service for a narcissist must be hell too.

So I'm no law expert, and obviously it's just a recommendation and isn't what Nick has been given yet, but how likely is it that this will stick and will be what Balldo Boy is sentenced with? Or will it get hammered out via horse trading to something like 15 days in jail, 3 years probation or some permutation that both the State and Cuckieta agree to? The Barneswalker wanting 2 days in jail + 12 months of probation is insane and I doubt will happen, I'm just curious where in the middle the State and cuck will meet at. Either way, just thank god you're not Nick Rekieta, what a faggot: :story:

He states that the PSIR recommended a sentence of 30 days jail with credit for 2 days served, 5 years of probation plus 80 hours of community service.

Barneswalker asks for 12 months probation.
Holy shit. FIVE YEARS PROBATION?! Hot damn. 30 days in jail is just enough to be funny but five years on probation is an ABSURDLY long time. He must've really pissed them off. I've never even heard of probation longer than 3 years. Apparently that's the maximum. Holy crap, they must really hate him for a first time offender.

What sort of bullshit is this? He allegedly has let his children suffer due to his illegal drug abuse, and he only gets 30 days? So that shitty state really values the dignity of children living in a crack den to be only worth 30 days prison time? What a complete Miscarriage of justice.

Considering he's pled guilty and already had his charges dropped down dramatically, I am fairly sure the judge is going to end up coming very close to the recommended sentence. The judge has literally no reason to have any doubt about his guilt, or reason to lower his sentence.

Unless the included letters from Nicks dad and Kayle move the judge, but I assume a judge reads hundreds of those bleeding heart bullshit letters a year and I doubt they'll annoy the prosecutors office for the likes of Nick Rekieta.

Once druggies enter jail/rehab they often get stuck in a loop of fail test> go to jail for a bit> rehab> fail test again > back to jail, a la bossman. I have no illusion that rekieta can keep his nose clean and his mouth free from alcohol, so that might be in the cards.

Fuck, at this point i respect bossman much more than rekieta, because he's only ruining his life (and rat dad, i guess), unlike nick who has 5 kids who will get repercussions from this for years,

Its almost entirely the judges decision now. But what this does is give the judge a clear justified path to giving him any sentence up to and including what was recommended.

I'm a willing to bet that he will serve 0 days in jail. Not with the amount of kids he has and only being a 1st time offender. Getting community service would be interesting though. Honestly knowing him, being told to help out people around him, possibly even people that betrayed his trust, would be more painful for him than jail time anyway. He could at least pretend that he was gangster in jail and he gets to be away from his children, picking up trash is bitchmade.

> Be a trust-fund rich whitebread ass nigga with five kids and a drug habit
“Now now, Nicholas, let’s be gentle. A minor slap on the wrist, a little rehab, and off you go. You poor troubled soul.”

> Be a poor, struggling, actual nigger with five kids and a drug problem
Ten years. No parole. Say goodbye to your kids, if you’re lucky, you’ll make it to their graduation in cuffs.”

The MATI rage I feel at the classist, two-tier system is unreal. Nick gets the softest landing money and whiteness can buy, not because he’s decent, not because he’s reformed—but because he was born into the right bloodline. No achievements of his own. Just inherited grace. Any other man in that position would be left to rot. But Narco Nick? He gets to fumble through life while the courts hold his hand. Disgusting.
