And also, did he said that the "Billy was happy when AL died" thing is much more serious then literally accusing Billy of a MURDER?! Priorities I guess.

If I had to offer a nuanced take, I don't think it's all entirely a bust, but it obviously has many problems of its own. His strongest arguments are that the judge potentially ignored some counters to Mitchell's claims, and that Jobst wasn't the first person to make the claim, despite them saying so anyway. I also think his original statement may have been a bit more ambiguous. Having said that Jobst still seems way too obsessed on the "but he cheated!" line, and he reveals critical flaws such as the fact that his retraction was at the end of a video, and that he restored the claim in his video and didn't take it seriously until he got a response from Apollo's brother, which raises the question as to why he didn't contact him in the first place to clear up the settlement controversy.

He claims he made that retraction in the Dark Souls video to 'reach more people,' but it was placed at the end of the video, when most viewers would have already left. Why not show the retention data from his channel to prove that people actually stayed to watch it? He's clearly being misleading, this explanation is completely bogus.

I also absolutely love that he justifies "I couldn't *not* talk about it" with "it's just not in my nature" - I think you can infer a lot from that; he seems to think that human behavior is completely immutable and that people are incapable of change for any reason, which says a lot more about him than it does about Billy.

Also - "I am also the one that will have to pay the largest price" - What about Apollo?

If you had said, "Billy is suing me because he claims I accused him of driving someone to commit suicide" would anyone have donated a cent to you? No, they wouldn't have. What other reason exists for your super secret legal strategy of refusing to talk about what you're actually being sued for, other than hiding the truth?

I think Karl actually makes a pretty good point with the stuff about how Billy sent the lawsuits to his lawyer but didn't actually file the ones that were more related to cheating. Billy's legal team just pulled a masterful move by not actually filing them. Karl could have probably gotten off as easily as Apollo did by settling but he was so gassed up by his sycophants that he thought that he couldn't lose.
